Today I read the book titled "The Thank You Book" by Rosyn Freedman Spizman. It is a lovely book. I am impressed with chapter "What's in a N-a-m-e?" She suggests us to think of words that describe our beloved person. It's like acronym.

Today, I read the book titled "Words to Live By." It is a keepsake book with beautiful illustrations and wonderful quotes.

I am very happy everytime I read this book.

I think no one does not know Google - the very best search engine for many people (and also me). Google is not only search engine but it also has many interesting and useful features. Google can translate webpages to you, it can be a calculator, it can check spelling, and etc. Wherever you are, you can access Google and set its webpage to your language.

Although it can help us finding a lot of information in only part of second, we have to choose what to read and decide which information is necessary and reliable. As you may know, there are a lot of hoaxes that make you misunderstanding about some information. So be careful in searching information via internet.

These are some tips for you to make your search a little easier, consider the following:

What keywords should you use?
What synonyms would help?
What a different word forms are there?
Will a phrase help the search?
Where should I search?

I got a lot of useful information from the book titled "Dave Sperling's Internet Guide." Although it is published in 1998, overall content is still useful.

Today, I went to the bookstore and bought several books and a magazine. The magazine I bought is Reader's Digest. In March 2008 copy, the cover is very striking to me. There are many notes surrounding eyes of the man and the word "Swamped?." It means we were swamped by a lot of work, e-mails, blogs, voicemail, and news. Oh! it is the same as my life. 555 The cover story is titled "Tech No!." It sounds interesting. So I finally bought it.

This is one of my favourite songs. I used to listen to it everyday. My hard work and lots of duties made me far away from my dear song. Now I have time to listen to (Just Like) Starting Over.

* My (Princess) Diaries *

My inspiration to write diaries comes from "The Princess Diaries." I know "The Princess Diaries" first time when it appeared as a movie. I love it a lot. Then I searched for information about it and knew that it's a story from series of Meg Cabot. I love the way Cabot tells the stories. I feel like I'm in the real situations as Mia. My interest in MSN chatting also comes from Mia. She usually chitchats with Michael. Though I have no boyfriend now, I hope one day I will meet the guy who's like Michael. Michael Moscovitz goes to Columbia University - one of the top rank universities of USA. He's a gentleman and excels in computer.

The love of Mia and Michael is not so sweet. There're a lot of times they share happiness with ordinary things. Watching movies together is one of their favourite activities. They have several things in common.

However, there're several hard times in their relationship but understanding in each other makes the situations resolve. There is no perfect couple. Being lovers, you and your partner need to adapt to each other quite a lot. I think being single as me is good but I feel lonely sometimes. 555

This story encourages me a lot such as making me brave to do things I've never done before. I usually think of Mia when she has to be a princess or a president of her school. She used to be a shy girl but she left it behind. She's one of my heroines.

I'm looking forward to reading the next copy of "The Princess Diaries - Volume X: Forever Princess." Whether Mia renews her romance with Michael or not, I believe she will use her heart to decide and I trust in her decision.

* Why Study Skills So Important? *

I chose "Why Study Skills So Important?" as Today's topic because I find many people have problem in studying. Not only studying English, but also in other subjects that you must use study skills.

Several people say the subjects are so hard, the teachers are so uninteresting, the books are so boring, ...bla bla bla..., and etc. But what you can do beside complaining. There're many factors in our lives that cannot change, and there're many factors you can change. Instead of paying attention to something you cannot change and having negative thinking about it, why not look in different way? This is what I want to say "Change your attitude and improve your study skills."

If you search Google using keyword "Study Skills", you will find a lot of webpages providing advice about how to improve your study skills. So what's next? The answer is "Practice, Practice, and Practice your study skills." Eventually, you will find significant progress in your studying. Final word I want to say is "Positive Thinking." Although it takes time but "You Can if You Think You Can!" (It's my favourite quote. )
