To practise my oral English, I plan to chat with my big sister in English every night, today it's my first day to do it, when I chat with my sister, I felt nervous, and reaction is slowly, i think maybe it's the reason when I can't chat with foreigners, I don't have enough practice and enough courage, When I met foreigner, I felt nervous, and then my reaction is slowly, so I can't understand what they said, and also I can't answer them repidly.
