love is a funny thing 2 discribe . it's so eazy 2 feel & yet so slippery 2 talk about :P

it's like a bar of soap in the bathtub - u have it in ur handz until u hold on too tight . some ppl spend their livez lookin' 4 love outside themselvez , they think they have 2 grasp it in order 2 have it . but love slips away like that wet bar of soap .

This is A Roman Theater,,Jordan is full of such old Theaters,,they are Awesome Specialy when they celebrate Events there.

You Can see This Veiw In -Jerash city- It's along street Full of Colomns& old Ruins as well.

hello evrybody today ive brought you a really very nice recipe of jordanian foods its their national one pleaze try to do it and give me your opinion and lets share our foods together its a good idea............

Ingredients:
6 pounds - lamb with bones, washed and drained then cut into serving pieces
3 cups - plain yogurt, thoroughly mixed with one cup water
2 large loaves - arabic bread, toasted and broken into pieces
3 cups - rice, rinsed
6 cups - water
1/2 cup - butter
1/2 cup - pine nuts
1/2 cup - almonds
1 - egg white, beaten with a fork until frothy
1 - large onion, chopped
2 tbsp - cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp - pepper
1 tsp - turmeric
1 tsp - allspice
1/2 tsp - cinnamon
3 tsp - salt

Method

Place yogurt in a pot and stir in egg white, cornstarch and 1 teaspoon of the salt.
Then stirring continually with a wooden spoon in one direction (very important to stir in one direction) bring to boil over medium heat.
Lower heat to low then allow to boil uncovered until yogurt thickens about 3 minutes, continuing to stir.
Set aside but keep warm.
Place lamb in a large pot and cover with water then bring to boil over medium heat, skimming off froth repeatedly until boiling.
Add remaining salt and pepper.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a frying pan.
Sautï¿½ almonds and pine nuts until they just begin to brown then pour on to a plate, draining butter back into the frying pan.
Add onion to frying pan and fry over medium heat for 8 minutes, adding more butter if necessary.
Stir in turmeric, all spices and cinnamon then stir-fry for further 2 minutes.
Add this mixture to the boiling meat.
While the meat is cooking, place the rice and water in a large saucepan then bring to boil.
Turn heat to low and cover then cook for 20 minutes, stirring a number of times and recovering.
Turn off heat but leave covered and allow to cook in its own steam for another 30 minutes.
Stir in remaining butter and keep warm.
After meat has been cooking for 1 1/2 hours remove lid and stir in yogurt sauce.
Turn heat to low and cook until meat is tender and sauce thickens.
Remove meat and set aside, keeping warm.
Pour sauce into a bowl and keep warm.
On a large platter, place bread then moisten with some of the sauce.
Place rice pyramid style over the bread then place meat evenly over rice.
Spoon some of the sauce over top then sprinkle with the nuts and serve.
Each diner can add from the leftover sauce to taste.

It is the nature of every person to seek happiness. Some people strive to seek material happiness in this world away from religion, thinking that this is the true happiness. But this kind of happiness will be succeeded by pain and sorrow at the Day of Judgment, and its people will know that their striving led them only to misery and not happiness.

While others know that the true way to happiness is to obey God and follow His religion. For them the pleasures and riches of the world are of little consequence. When this happiness penetrates and fills the heart of the believer he does in fact live in this world as if he were in Paradise. Those are the people who find true happiness in this world.

What kind of happiness could be greater than that of someone who humbles himself to God, worships Him, strives for His pleasure, and strives to enter Paradise and have salvation from Hellfire?

The believer lives with such a sweetness in his heart that if the masters of the earth knew of it, they would fight him to death to take it from him. God has said:

Whoever does right, whether male or female, and is a believer, We will make him live a good life, and We will award them their reward for the best of what they used to do. (Quran, 16:97)

Happiness is in the good life mentioned in this verse, that even the rich disbelievers cannot find, despite the money they have. That is why we are not surprise when we know that many among them committed suicide.

To reach true happiness, we need to know what is the purpose of our life, how to reach success in the hereafter, and to fulfill the requirements of reaching this success by following the commands of God and His true religion.

We know much about Mars, Earth, moon, stars, and galaxies, thanks to the century of knowledge. But how much we know about our eternal life after death and how to reach success in the hereafter?

People need to eat every day to supply their bodies with energy and to keep themselves healthy. If they stop eating for a period of time, diseases will sneak up upon them and overtake them, and perhaps even kill them. Similarly, people also need food of another kind, food for the spirit and heart. It is unfortunate that while people are careful never to forget to feed their bodies, they do not show the same concern for the health of their souls and hearts. The heart needs food as the ************ does. The diseases of the ************ and the debilitating effects they have are not more dangerous than the diseases of the heart and soul.

Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others, including Love. One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. Except for Love.

Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.

When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.

Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said,
"Richness, can you take me with you?"
Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you."

Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. "Vanity, please help me!"
"I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered.

Sadness was close by so Love asked, "Sadness, let me go with you."
"Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"

Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.

Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come, Love, I will take you." It was an elder. So blessed and overjoyed, Love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. Realizing how much was owed the elder,

Love asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who Helped me?"
"It was Time," Knowledge answered.
"Time?" asked Love. "But why did Time help me?"

1- maybe god wants us to meet a few of the wrong people before meeting the right ones so when the right ones come along we will come a long well know how to be greatful and thankful for the gift.

2-when one door of happenes closes another opens but often we stare so long at the closed door that we will soon realize that the open door for how ever long it was opened is now closed too!

3-there are moments in the life when you really miss someone and you wish you could just pluck them from ur dreams and just hug them for real.

4-if someone loves you love them back if someone hurts you love them back unconditionally the irong is not that love that hurts sometimes , its the fact that the cut of each is felt equally as deep.

5-the best kind of friends is the one that you could sit on a porch and swing with and never say a word then get up and walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you have ever had.

6-its true that we never know what we have got until we lose it its also true that we never know what we hae been missing until someone else arrives.

there are many religions in the world but the most popular ones are jews.chritian.islam id like to tell you about the islamic religion everybody in the world used to know this religion perhaps some of you dont know anything about it and perhaps the others have a bad idea about islam and muslems. as we know the people represent their riligion by their behaviours and unforuenetly there was bad people who represented the islam wrongly some of u think that the terroresrs are muslems but u gatta realize who are the terrorests ur selves of course u knew about the latest issue of the world wich is the war on gaza and u may saw the kids that has been killed of the real terrorest nobody has like those terrorests heart .nobody can kill kids coz they aint have any bad thing to do they just need a safe place to live in islamic religion is very kind prophet mohammad is their commander most of the people in the world miss understand him he is great nobody is like him he was the latest messnger of god everybody should learn about islam before he gives an opinion about it all of you are hymen and hymen can make mistakes but the beautiful thing is that they can solve what they have miss understand it .

english language !

english language is one of the languages in the world but its the international one as for me i like this language so much i can contact any one in the world with it i also concider it as a great achievement to speak another language fluently beside ur native one is really great when i talk in english i feel so free i hope for the biggeners to keep learnning this language coz its very nice everybody can speak a littel english should work more hard to acheive a great thing in his\her life .

life is very diffecult . everybody thinks that but if they tried to adapt with it they will soon realize that nothing has any stronger power than hymen coz we can build the whole univers aLL what we need is a little hope and then we will go on like any one else in this life !
