I'm not afraid of aging

My Blog

Getting old is a nightmare for many people, especially for women. Beacuse in some extend, getting old may means more wrinkles is showing up on your pretty face, your perfect figure is getting plump and your are becoming less charming and attractive. So, we'll feel confused, upset , disappointed and desperate.

But it's wrong! i don't like the word 'old' very much, for me, it's just a natural process and it's inevitable. So the only thing we can do about it is to enjoy this delicate process and have fun!!! With time passed by, we've achieved a lot of precious things, get a deeper acknowledgement and understanding to ourselves and the world, most important, we've learned how to appreciate and cherish what we're already have. That's wonderful!!!

I think we're as old as we feel, and it's a state of mind. There are many old people who are sixty, seventy, eighty or even older, still keep an active mind and hold their passion and enthusiasm to the beautiful life, and they can do everything they want. Who can say they aren't young enough!?

So i'm definitely not afraid of aging and happy to get older, 'cause i'm sure that i will enjoy my life no matter how old i am!

أصدقائي ، أردت مشاركتكم معرفة هذه القصة وهي ليست لي ،ولكنها حقا مؤثرة ...

بعد 21 سنة من زواجي، وجدت بريقاً جديداً من الحب. قبل فترة بدأت أخرج مع امرأة غير زوجتي، وكانت فكرة زوجتي حيث بادرتني بقولها: "أعلم جيداً كم تحبها"... المرأة التي أرادت زوجتي ان أخرج معها وأقضي وقتاً معها كانت أمي التي ترملت منذ 19 سنة، ولكن مشاغل العمل وحياتي اليومية 3 أطفال ومسؤوليات جعلتني لا أزورها إلا نادراً. في يوم اتصلت بها ودعوتها إلى العشاء سألتني: "هل أنت بخير ؟ " لأنها غير معتادة على مكالمات متأخرة نوعاً ما وتقلق. فقلت لها: "نعم أنا ممتاز ولكني أريد أن أقضي وقت معك يا أمي ". قالت: "نحن فقط ؟! " فكرت قليلاً ثم قالت: "أحب ذلك كثيراً". في يوم الخميس وبعد العمل ، مررت عليها وأخذتها، كنت مضطرب قليلاً، وعندما وصلت وجدتها هي أيضاً قلقة. كانت تنتظر عند الباب مرتدية ملابس جميلة ويبدو أنه آخر فستنان قد اشتراه أبي قبل وفاته. ابتسمت أمي كملاك وقالت: " قلت للجميع أنني سأخرج اليوم مع إبني، والجميع فرح، ولا يستطيعون انتظار الأخبار التي سأقصها عليهم بعد عودتي" ذهبنا إلى مطعم غير عادي ولكنه جميل وهادئ تمسكت أمي بذراعي وكأنها السيدة الأولى، بعد أن جلسنا بدأت أقرأ قائمة الطعام حيث أنها لا تستطيع قراءة إلا الأحرف الكبيرة. وبينما كنت أقرأ كانت تنظر إلي بابتسامة عريضة على شفتاها المجعدتان وقاطعتني قائلة: "كنت أنا من أقرأ لك وأنت صغير". أجبتها: "حان الآن موعد تسديد شيء من ديني بهذا الشيء .. ارتاحي أنت يا أماه". تحدثنا كثيراً أثناء العشاء لم يكن هناك أي شيء غير عادي، ولكن قصص قديمة على قصص جديدة لدرجة أننا نسينا الوقت إلى ما بعد منتصف الليل وعندما وصلنا إلى باب بيتها قالت: "أوافق أن نخرج سوياً مرة أخرى، ولكن على حسابي". فقبلت يدها وودعتها ". بعد أيام قليلة توفيت أمي بنوبة قلبية. حدث ذلك بسرعة كبيرة لم أستطع عمل أي شيء لها. وبعد عدة أيام وصلني عبر البريد ورقة من المطعم الذي تعشينا به أنا وهي مع ملاحظة مكتوبة بخطها: "دفعت الفاتورة مقدماً كنت أعلم أنني لن أكون موجوده، المهم دفعت العشاء لشخصين لك ولزوجتك. لأنك لن تقدر ما معنى تلك الليلة بالنسبة لي أحبك ياولدي" في هذه اللحظة فهمت وقدرت معنى كلمة "حب" أو "أحبك" وما معنى جعلنا الطرف الآخر يشعر بحبنا ومحبتنا هذه. لا شيء أهم من الوالدين وبخاصة الأم . إمنحهم الوقت الذي يستحقونه ..

One Life, One Dream

The Opening Ceremony of Paralympic Games would begin at 20:00 O'clock, but unfortunately, I still on the bus at that time, I wanted to see it from begining to end, I thought I can't come ture it, I just felt impatience, I hope the bus would more quick.....

When I arrived at home, I opened the TV set quickly, I thought I am luckly enough, because it was just the athletes entering the playground, it's different with Olympic Games, and athlete entering is after the literature performance, but Paralympic is opposite, I thought it must be help the disabilities to see opening ceremony, it's humanness....

The literature performance was begining, Oh my god, it's so beautiful, I think maybe it's more beauty than the Olympic Games, and the video controller is better than Olympic Games, he gave us more camera on plane , it's great, and we can appreciate the whole scene...

The lighting Ceremony is feelingly, that person (sorry I don't know his name) climbed so highly from the cord , and lighted the torch, I found when he lighting, the arm is falter, I felt so nervous with him, and I thought all of the audience are the same as me.and he was succeed, best wishes for him....

A successful begining, and I think it means a better Paralympic Games, I wish....

A resolute display from Turkey was enough for them to see off Armenia.

The 61-year-old Danish Armenia coach Jan Poulsen preferred a defensive 4-2-3-1 formation, which was the only way to get away with a draw from the game, whereas Fatih Terim picked an attacking midfield with two strikers on the up front.

In the first half Turkey had fought a hard battle against the Catanacchio system, the hard surface, the wind and of course, the disadvantage of being the away team - being under a great pressure. With the young striker from Sochaux - Mevlut Erdinc's unbelievable misses, the half time score was goalless and even.

In the second half Terim has called the time for taking risks and put the game into the opposition half, by substituting lacksture Mevlut Erding for the flamboyant winger Kazim Kazim. As Terim planned, the ex-Fenerbahce midfielder Tuncay Sanli played as the second striker, and had more space to move into while the team was starting to be more dangerous on the wingplays - the promising winger Arda Turan seemed to be more active on the left channel.

Not long after the substution the away goal came - Kazim made the assist by a perfect quick-thinking touch to Arda Turan's curling cross and Tuncay found the back of the net. After the goal Poulsen called the sturdy defensive play off and brought on a striker for a 4-4-2 formation since his side had nothing to lose.

As he already knew, by having a weaker side and preferring a defensive formation his side had to score first - conceding one would create a mount to climb. And it did. While Armenia's attacks were being lost in the towering defence of Turkey, they conceded the second - it was Semih Senturk the goalscorer, who created the goal out of nothing - again - with his unnatural anticipation following Brazilian-born Mehmet Aurelio's missed header from a corner kick, and simply making a touch to find the net, enjoying the following deep silence in the stadium.

It was an impressive performance from Turkey despite its two missing indispensable stars - Rapid striker Nihat from Villareal and creative wing-back Hamit Altintop from FC Bayern weren't on the squad due to their injuries.

It was getting the three points what was important, and the resolute performance provided the victory..On Wednesday Turkey will have a stronger side here at Sukru Saracoglu Stadium - they will take on Belgium. And we are eagerly anticipating the match..
