Hi!

This weekend, I went back to my hometown. I really missed my family so I was glad to be home very much. We went to my grandparents' home and they hold my birthday partySmile  My grandmother is really good at cooking so she made us delicious dinner. I enjoyed the dinner, talking to them, and  cake..Laughing  I love my family!

 

And I chatted with my American friend, Pamela on computer.  We hadn't talked each other for a long time so we chatted  a lot a lot !  Smile

I had very good time!

    hi, achel:)

    i do exercises in twice a week.

    i do some sit-up over 50~100 , push-upX30 and billy's boot camp40'~ 1hours some times.

    i always enjoy exercises:D

    my purpose is keep figure!!

    let's go walking with me next time!!!

    Hi achel~

    My stmach is very very loose. So I do sit-ups everyday !

    But as you know I love to eat. so getting slim body is not easy...

  • The walking is done by the pace once every two weeks. Sometimes I develop my abdominal muscles. Because I want to keep my body in tone and diet !!
