My travel on July

Well, since I haven’t write your letter for along time, so let me tell something about myself. How have you been recently? Sorry that I haven't write to you for quite a long time. so I have many things to tell you about in my life. First of all, from March to May, I attended BECHigher training course and I finished that on May 21th, and now I got reallygood results, and I passed this Exam smooth fully… Secondly, during Mayto June, I was kinda of busy for my next exam for the final semester.. and Iseldom to write email or check it, so I am sorry… also I was busy for my final Japanese Exam, and yes, no pain, no gain! The good news is : I passed that successfully! And it was a really big challege for me, and I do think that I didn't done a good job on that one, but I am really lucky guy... Hows your Chinese Learning? well, got pretty handsome progress, right? Since my summer vacation start, so I started my travel from July 16th to 28th. During July 16th to 19th, I have travel to Shanghai, the biggest city in China. I went to somewhere which is famous in Shanghai, its really amazing trip, I think I rreally love shanghai, not only the service is pretty good, but also what is makes me surprised is that almost everyone can speak and understand basic english there! And, oh yeah, I enjoyed quite good service there.... Then after that I went to Beijing from July 19th, and went back to Changsha city on July 28th in hunan Province. I have been stay in Beijing for ten days. During this time, I visit some awesome places such as The Summer Palace, Forbidden City, The Heaven of Temple, Lama Temple, Houhai Park, Nanluo guxiang Lane etc. The only tourist site that I haven't been is The Great Wall, I guess I may go there with friend next time.... since it belongs to World Heritage Site...And I meet many bag packers from All over the world, especially from European, I was quite surprised by the number of tourist from France, Holland, Austria, UK, etc... It was quite a fruitful trip, I traveled alone by myself, I book the International youth hostel, live in 6-people bedroom, eat cheap foods, and also earn some new friend there... I also been sick for two days in Beijing, but I fight over that finally... I really proud of myself, I mean Travel is another style of life, only through travel, then I can understand the happiness of life, and I would treasure my life more in my future... And yes, I already achieved this purpose, and I feel satisfied for this trip.... And now I return back to my parent’s home and start to review my homework for this summer vacation. During..I will try to visit other places for next time… alone. The rest of days I would stay at home, just for practice TOEFL exam for November. I will attend the programmer like Work & Travel USA, and I will come to USA next June ~~ Now I finished my exam and my trip in two big cities in China, so I can relax and rest in my space, and also today I download some really awesome music , it comes from Dubai Chill Lounge Vol. Its only For that 7-star Hotel in Dubai, and I think it has so special and unique taste, and I really love this new album…..so. here I’d like to share it to you, and I hope you can enjoy this music and photos.

View Thursday as a Sunday!

Today I just have a half day of class. So I decide to take it as a Sunday. Coz I know that I would be super busy on the weekend!

My friend-Fish, she was supposed to be there with me-Garden Hotel!

And todays lecture is about Momen's right and vote. I have been took the Subway with Another Russia Friend and his friend. And I was plan to go to Guangzhou Book Center with them, but I do really want to attend the lecture there and I really don't want to regret about my original plan!

So I catch the subway, and head to the Famouse Five-star Hotel, its near the Taojing road. that's is really a good place to go. Around Gardon Hotel, many foreign businessmen or travel lives here! So I can have a really good opportunity for chatting with foreigner here. But I think sometimes, you need to be careful about visitor here. So I think, maybe Star Bucks is really a good choice, because many people wanna stay there, take a break, and have a couple of coffee. So maybe I can find one or two for just chatting.

sometimes, I just wanna know what's the real life of foreign people, what are they really doing? whats their attitude torwards life? which places did they usually go? etc..

I can't believe that I would generate so many unbelievable idea! Sometimes, after I read a magazine, I would pretend myself as a special person, wanna ask someone one question like this:

if you have only 10 dollar, how did you use that in order to reduce carbon release?

It's that a really good question? maybe you would think, I will donate to someone else, or just buy a sofe drink or a sandwich?

is that right?

Think about life, I think I should be put more energy into practice my presentation skill in this year, and try to immutable movies actress 's pronouciation, try to learn American English well, and when I speak wonderful American English, then everybody would totally surprise by my voice!

Today I feel really good, because I have run into Alex's brother again! His name is Jeff, and he is also teaching in our campus! He has two brother and two sisters, so its really a big family. the one is in Africa, the other is in Australia, his father is in Thailand!

Amazing, just one complete family totally separated while they are all aldults!

Anyway, I have a good sandwith in Starbuck, and I also seen one guy try to learn speak French with another black guy!

My Goals For 2011

My Future, My life

Recently, I'm thinking about my life, and my future.

I'm try to find the freedom that I never have, while at the same time, I wanna enjoy every moment in the campus, study is not always the same thing I deserve to to, and social life, movies, music and travel should also adding to my life journey.

I am thinking about whereabout my future road, I know that I am very young now, I'm a kinda of person who likes to writing all the time, like quite life but at the same time, really wants to have some intimate or close heart friend, no matter in the reality or online, I just try to find someone to communicate from the buttom of the heart, and try to stuggle for living in this life.

I do really like writing very much, since I was a kid, then I had been wrote about six notebook. I　find its a good way for konwing myself, for understand my metal world. Often, for the most of the time, I always talking to myself and try to be the really, truly myself.

Someday, I wanna travel as much as country, I wanna away with my parents and my family, I wanna write more books and learn more about this world.

But living in the moment, makes me feel very lonely, but sometimes I‘m really love to be along, I don't know why, just feel like this way....

TALKING ONE LANGUAGE IS my another favorite song recently, I would listen this song ten times a day.

I Just read one friend's blog, he told me that he loves music, for the most of time, he is still keep this special hobby. I think, maybe he wanna find something meaningful in life. How Sharp is Your Seventh Sense?

You know about your sixth sense, but your seventh is just as important.

Your sixth sense—intuition—is your gut feeling and it’s a useful tool for sizing up people and opportunities.

Haven’t heard of your seventh sense? It’s your ability to estimate. It’s different because estimation is more of a logical process. I first learned of its business value when I left home at age 14 to join the carnival. One of my early jobs was to run the “Guess Your Age and Weight” booth. I first tried to guess people’s age and weight until the booth owner slapped me upside the head: “Hey kid, quit being so accurate. I want them to win, okay? If they walk all over the midway with a giant stuffed bear and our banner, it’s free advertising for me. The less accurate you are, the more money we’ll make.”

That was a real eye-opener for me, because I began to understand the nuances behind estimating.

In my subsequent 40 years in business I’ve come to learn several more lessons about how to sharpen this sense.

1. Don’t overestimate your intelligence and underestimate the intelligence of others. As a cocky, freshly-minted millionaire in real estate I soon thought I saw a tremendous opportunity in the oil & gas business. I concluded that the locals were indeed yokels and that they were just too dumb to take advantage of the riches beneath their feet.

I cashed in my real estate chips and moved them all into oil & gas wells—and promptly lost my shirt. The lesson? Rather than let my tongue hang out over the prospect of riches, I should have reeled it back in and asked myself: “Could they know something I don’t? Why might others also see this opportunity but not jump at it?”

2. Step back for a clearer view. I later made a billion-dollar fortune from scratch by correctly estimating the wave of defaulted consumer and business debt to wash over our economy in the

1990s. It wasn’t due to my intuition but instead to stepping back, looking dispassionately at prices and volumes, and extending trend lines. My competitors could have done the same thing but my guess is they were way too buried in daily operations to see above the forest.

3. Create a feedback loop for your estimates. One of the keys to growing my multi-billion-dollar business was that I made an unbreakable rule: On every single defaulted loan we bought—and we bought millions of them—we always compared actual results to our original estimates. We then find-tuned our estimating engine for the next round of purchases. I know it’s more fun for entrepreneurs to look to the future, but it’s crucial that you continually sharpen your estimation tool against results and adjust accordingly.

4. Don’t underestimate other people’s fear. My company did the first-ever securitization of unsecured, delinquent credit card debt. We were the darlings of Wall Street, which invested several billion dollars in my firm. That was until an anonymous letter surfaced with allegations about my company. I incorrectly estimated that investors and the rating agencies would listen to reason and we could calmly analyze the facts. They listened politely—and then bolted for the door. Within literally days I had lost a personal fortune of more than a billion dollars. Had I properly estimated their level of fear, I would have gone into survival mode and not into talking/ reasoning mode.

5. Identify the other party’s dominant motive. When my company was in crisis I agreed to step aside temporarily, even though I had a controlling interest in the stock. I made this move because I incorrectly estimated that the new caretakers would care as much about the company as I did. Only after it was too late did I realize why they made several cataclysmic decisions—they were too new to the company to care about its long-term survival, and merely were executing a short-term salvage operation.

To make matters worse, I continued to apply wishful thinking to the equation by repeatedly estimating that if I just worked harder and smarter, I could bail out water faster than my business ship was taking it on. If I had accurately estimated that we were in fact swamped, my decisions would have been different.

Why do we sometimes see things more clearly in hindsight? Partly it’s because we can more easily identify the important factors that determined the outcome. It’s also partly because we’re more likely to see things as they actually turned out instead of how we hoped they would turn out.

The philosopher George Santayana said: “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” In order to realize your brightest business future, you owe it to yourself to hone your seventh sense on the grinding wheel of past results, facts, and rational perspective.

Guangzhou In China

Here I'd like to description about Guangzhou in South China for some words of myself!

I lived here in Guangzhou for five years! Since 2005, Jan, 1st! And I worked for a foreign Company for 3 years! I REALLY LOVE THE COMEPANY CULTURE very much!

My company headquaters in Floria, USA. And our company is really good one to choose! Many boss from HK, USA, Singapore, Taiwan and Maylasia would really love to take a job here! Every year our company would like to held a Pig Roast Event for the whole company's employee! I can feel warm, relax atmosphere, good friendship with co-workers, also I have seen that I have improved my English level here, especially for English Comunication!

Although I just worked for three yearls, and I have been working in different position, but I get a lot of known people and expeirence!

And Now, I am quite happy for my life choice, I have studied in GuangDong University of Foreign Studies for two yeals, now I am a Junior in Campus! If you search online for our University, you would know, that's an idea place for the International Student to study Chinese here! I would someone see this article and would have some interest of our Campus who would like to study Chinese in the future time! Or someone can introduce our University to her/his Friend!

Today I'M Chatting with a friend, I am so unset that he didn't belive that hongkong belongs to China。

I think some guys need to know, that Hongkong has been returned to China in 1997, July, 1st, and the whole name of HK govenment is called:

The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China

And under the British Govenment fule during 1887 to 1997, it has been built so may constructions, fg. double bus, Metro station, and Modern HK，international airport. so it's really moldern, intenational and it's not looks like any other city in the mainland IN CHINA,
