sometimes,i just think that it is a waste of time to sleep.if people didn't have to go to sleep,that means we would have 1/3 longer life, and that means we can do more of what we like to do. lately i've been feeling time is really flying and may be the only thing that is out of control for ever. we necer expect time to stop. it never comes back for us.and we can never return to the past.i read a sentence the other day,which made me think a lot about my life: there is never a way TO happiness, because the happiness is just on the way...i don't know if i have got the correct translation...maybe it tells us that we should cherish every minute we are living right now. we are on the way, and happiness is  there,together  with us, a careful heart needed to find it.

live every minute...or i should say...live every minute when we are awake...sincerely.

oooh, if only we didn't need sleep!

It's true that we spend about a third of our life for sleeping. Sleep is irresistible and we inevitably surrender to its temptation. Sleep is very important in the well being of all living things, especially for a healthy human being. Sleep rests the brain so it can replenish itself for the next day's activities. So instead of thiking that sleep is waste try to believe that our lifetime is two-third of our life and seize the day.

Well, if we didn't have to sleep,
I think our life would be 2/3 shorter or more... LOL

And I totally agree with that statement.
We live only for now; past and future are just in our thought.
Tomorrow never comes because when it's already come, it's today!

Always be awake and feel the life...
(By being awake, I mean being conscious and live with the moment.)
And, absolutely, having a good and deep sleep would be healthier for you...
