Do you do exercise regularly? Some say doing exercise can give you a better health and keep your body a good-looking shape.I think this theory is unquestionable. But it depends on your determination and , of course, how much time you have. As for me, I spend half hour per day to do a jog on my treadmill but it doesn't make me look slimer. At least, it doesn't make me get fatter.
To persevere in doing exercise is a hard work, juat like to keep a diary. When I jog on my treadmill, I always like to turn on the cd player to listen to the music along with my jogging. Because when you focus on listening your favorite music, you may forget the hardship of running. It can help me to last to the final minute.
