hapiness poem

we often persuade ourselves that life will be better when we will get married, have a child, and then, have other one of it... Later, we feel frustrated, because our children are not not enough big and we think that we will be better when they will be older. we are then persuaded that we will be happier when they will have crossed this stage. we tell ourselves that our life will be complete when things will go better for our spouse, when we will have a nicer car or a bigger home, when we will be able to go to vacation, when we will be retired... The truth is that there is not better instant to be happy that the present instant. If it is not now, when would it be? Life will be always full of challenges to be attained and of plans to be ended. It is preferable to accept it and to DECIDE TO BE HAPPY NOW that it is even time.

For a long time, I thought that my life was finally going to begin, ' True Life! ' But there was always an obstacle on my way, a problem which it was necessary to solve into first, a not ended topic, a time to pass, a debt to be paid. And then life was going to begin!!!! Until I realize that these obstacles were precisely my life. This perspective helped me to understand that there is not a way which leads to happiness.

Happiness is the way.

So every instant passes which we have and more: when we share this instant with somebody special, special enough to share our time and, we say that the time does not wait. Then, it is necessary to stop waiting to end its studies, augmenting its wage, getting married, getting childrens, that his children leave the home or, simply, waiting on Fridays evenings, sunday morning, the spring, the summer, autumn or the winter,to decide that there is not better instant than now to be happy.

HAPPINESS IS A TRAJECTORY AND NOT A DESTINATION!

we don't need a lot to be happy. It's enough to appreciate every small instant and to bless it as one of the best instants of its life.

friends, belive me, i take 22 years to understand this, and i'm giving it free to you, if someone is acting differently so i think that he must start thinking about his past, present and future and chose one of them....
