The Last Chapter.

Finally, this is the last one. If you didn’t read my former blogs, please read it first. This is a continuation of my previous blog.

So the most male foreigners are popular among some Japanese girls. Many male foreigners are needed. Therefore the number of male foreigners is much more than the female one. So do the Japanese boys like foreigner women?? Actually, I haven’t heard that so much. Some Japanese love foreigner’s body or face. But most of the women from the other countries are too strong for Japanese men. The traditional Japanese women totally obeyed to the men. The old Japanese are too weaker than the Japanese men. The famous words which is said by Japanese men are ‘Follow me after three steps.’. Can you understand that?? The traditional Japanese women have pretended to be empty head and followed him. (Nowadays, the styles of couple are changing to be different, but cooking, washing and cleaning and child care are always women’s job for most of the Japanese wife still now. (Although like that country is not only Japan, I guess.) So Japanese men don’t like the female foreigner as a person who live with him. Because the women in some advanced countries are independent. And they wish the equally standpoint with the men. The foreigners have a big attitude more than the Japanese women.

Ah I can’t forget to say that. For the female foreigners, Japanese men looks more thin, weaker and younger than the men in own country, right?? Japan don’t have a custom of training so much. So many female foreigners don’t like Japanese boys. Hahaha. Or the women don't prefer the shift of their circumstance than the men, I guess. So the women don't try to change the country to live more than the men, maybe.

On the other hand, I have heard a lot of times that the Japanese girls are popular among the men internationally. (Its reason is also traditional role of men and women in Japan, I guess.) It is the first reason of that some female foreigners don’t like Japanese girls. It is just a jealous.

In my town, there are some bars that the male foreigners and the Japanese girls who aim the foreigners were gathered. Although the number is limited, but there are some male Japanese who want to speak English and some female foreigners. I often go there with some foreigners. Many men always say ‘There are many Japanese bitches!!’ Yes, many Japanese kissy-kissy girls on the foreigner’s knee. Although it is the first time to meet for them. hahaha When I see or hear that, I say ‘Don’t think it is same to me.’ This is the second reason that some female foreigners don’t like Japanese girls. They doubt that all of Japanese girls are like this. This is the partial Japanese girl's fault.

Most of the male foreigners who have had a Japanese girl friend always say ‘My ex. girl friend loved me as a foreigner. She didn’t love me as an individual.’ That’s funny. They also say ‘She was a bitch.’ I think ‘No no, the person who choose her was YOU!!’. They don’t confident except being a foreigner. So some male foreigners are cowards for love with Japanese girls.

That’s all. This is all of my view of relationship between foreigners and Japanese, male and female. How did you think about that??

This is the ５th chapter.

So I will write about my definitions of one’s couth or baseness. Don’t misunderstand. It is just one of the views, one of the opinions. If you watch the dictionary, you can find the correct meaning.

Couth People＝They never talk about someone’s snide remark. Their way to eat or act are beautiful. They can think about everything at the other person’s standpoints. The smart person. (The word of ‘Smart’ in here means ‘having soft thought circuits'. You know, it can say also ‘Having high IQ’. The sober person for love or sex.

Baseness people=The person is careless for money. They can’t hope one’s happiness or successful. Drinking heavily person. hussy or play boy.

If I say about me, am I a couth person at all?? I’m not confident. But I am trying to be like a couth person at least by associating with the couth people.

By the way, I said ‘Most of the foreigners around me are couth.’ . But I can’t say that about all foreigners in my country. Who are baseness foreigners can you guess?? I can’t write directly here, but they engage a particular vocation. They come to my area in the only weekend from another prefecture. If you know Japanese culture much, you may guess who they are. Some of their behaviors are always terrible. They come here only to find girls who can be fun together for only tonight.

But is this totally their fault?? I don’t think so. It is also some Japanese girl’s fault, I guess. The girls who follow them are thinking ‘Anybody is OK if he is foreigner.’. These girls behave like as they are also foreigners. They say ‘I am not interested in Japanese boys. Foreigners are handsome. And racially mixed children are cute.’ . Of course mixed children are very cute. But if these girls don’t stop like this behavior, these men never stop flattering themselves. They misunderstand that 'I am a very loved person from every girls.'. So Japanese are said that Japanese don't have any concept of faithfulness. Because of some particular foolish Japanese. And this is the reason of that some female foreigner don't like the Japanese girls. I am NOT alike these girls, so I can be together with many male foreigners without sexual relationship.

The Difference of my friends

This is the 4th chapter.

I can say that the some of my Japanese friends must more excess and rude people than the usually Japanese. It’s not my mother’s fault, but she often told me ‘Don’t get friendly with her/him.’ or ‘You should get friendly with her/him.’ after I took my friends my home. But I was the age of resistance. I had a period of that I can’t hear my mom’s voice in those days. So I got friendly especially with the girls & boys who were said ‘Don’t get friendly.’ from my mom. I was always with them till I was 14 years old. All of them who got pregnant and married when they were young have divorced early. Some of them have been arrested once or twice. It was only me to go to a college. NOT because their parents are poor. Their home had enough money, but they didn't want to get education anymore. Most of them do something bad job at the night. I don’t know how many times they changed the job. All of them aren’t punctual. If I meet them, they talk about only money, love, gossip or bad business. I sometimes moan about their shallowness. .I love friends who get friendly with me after high school. I am proud of them. So I can understand now what my mom said. But we should select our friends at all. It shouldn’t to be selected by someone. We should select friends by own experience or feeling.

On the other hand, if I say about foreigners. The foreigners in my area are students or working for some purposes. Some workers are working in Japan seriously because they can send better life than their home town. Most of them never quit their job. If they changed the job, it is once or twice. The person who has never changed the job isn’t a great person, but it is happy thing if they can continue the job with fun or pride. And maybe all college in Japan can accept foreign students, but most of them go to excellent college. If I say more, most of the students go to the best college in Tohoku area. Surely, they may think about the reason that they are in Japan, if they go to a school which is usual level. This best school is the school that only the best or second students in our class can go from my high school. Was I able to make like this friends when I was a student?? -Absolutely No. hahaha… Like this excellent students of course don’t like playful person like me. Yes, the number of opportunities with foreigners to know each other are more couth people than with the Japanese one.

This is the third chapter.

On the other hand, how about the foreigners?? I don’t say ‘All of foreigners are perfect!!’. I often met terrible guys when I went abroad. But at least, most of foreigner in my area never drink till they can’t walk, like many Japanese. Touching girls or yelling are sometimes not bad thing, but many Japanese can do it only when they are drinking. They can’t do this without alcohol, so I think it is very pitiable. Yes, Japanese have no rules, no morals when they are drinking. ( It can say about Japanese women, too.) So sometimes they can’t see the second time because of the ashamed memories of the first drinking time. Most of foreigners in my area can go home before they can’t walk. If I go home in this timing, most of them get along with me to the nearest station. (Incidentally, I have never seen Japanese guys who can do this.) And they always hug and say ‘Thank you for coming!!’ or ‘Thank you for my special time!!’ (Of course Japanese guys never say like these things. Hahaha~) I can part company with him with a good feeling. It can say about every foreigners without regarding for every race. Black race, White race, Asian. So I like them. When these guys talk about someone's story without the person, they always say 'He/She is a good guy.' at first. So I can trust them at all.

But is that all?? It’s superficial if I finish saying this. It’s not fair. Why??-Because my Japanese friends and foreign friends have totally different circumstances of their upbringing. I said that Japanese society is classless, but I said that extremely rich people or extremely poor people don’t exist in Japan. But of course, there are like some grades in Japan. Because the clearness of head, dignity, academic background or property…..are of course not fair. Life is always NOT fair. So I will write about how different their affairs in next time.

Female Friends or Male Friends

This is a continuation of my last blog. So if you don't read it, please read it first.

At first, I will write about why the most of my female friends are Japanese?? This is a commonplace phenomenon, I guess. The women who live in the other countries often say ‘If a woman move to the other countries after growing into an adult, it is so difficult thing to find a female best friend there.’ . And I saw many female groups which is composed by only one race when I went abroad. Because female is a mankind which is pull their foot each other??! Men can’t understand it, maybe. And I am also a woman, so I can’t say this thing to everybody. But many books about this matter was published, and many psychologists say about this matter. So the people who think like this is not only me. I am sorry to say like this thing, but some female foreigners give me a too bad impression at the first time. It takes 3 times till the female foreigners recognize me as a NOT bad person. Although many male foreigners can become my friend at first time. They have some scenes that they have to use Japanese because they live in Japan. But some of female foreigners behave like ‘ I don’t want to speak Japanese. If you talk with me, you should speak in English!!’. I want to speak English because I am learning English. But it is bad manner if the people who is staying Japan can't say even Japanese greetings, because here is Japan. Of course like this girls keep together with only the girls who are same race. Surely, I can guess something about why some female foreigners doubt Japanese girls at the first time. ( I will write later about that matter.) But I don’t want to get friendly forcibly with the person who adopts bad or disputable attitude. And the number of female foreigners is much less than the male one. (I will write its reason later, too.) So I can't get friendly with male foreigners easily. It is the reason of that the most of my female friends are Japanese.

So why are most of my male friends the foreigners?? When I came back to my town was about 3 years ago. The past several years, the number of foreigners is increase so much in this town. I was surprised that when I came back. There are foreigners not so much when I was a high school student. And I had some Japanese male friends although its number is limited. But how entity am I for Japanese guys?? I can’t flatly say about that, but I am sure that I am thought ‘Cocky girl’ from some men who is elder than me. Because I always say what I think directly. Haha. Additionally, I am a tall woman. My body length is same to the average of male’s body length. Some Japanese men regard women who walk with him as like an accessory, so some people don’t wanna take the woman who is smarter or taller than them. For myself, of course I’m OK when I walk with shorter guys than me, but if the guys bother me becuse of my heights, I don’t want to walk with them. If I wear shoes with heel, and he has bad reaction, I am disgraceful. Well, I’m just not popular among some Japanese guys hahaha~.

My Tendency Of Relationship

Hi. I will write about what I usually think. But if I think about the people who are on the various standpoints, I can’t say that to everyone. My blog is only my place that I can write everything what I think. Blog is like this place, right?? Today, I will write about a sensitive subject. If you misunderstand what I’m saying a little, you may think ‘This is a discrimination!!’’. This is a long my reflection. So I separated to 5 or more chapters including it.

Let’s begin. My home town is countryside. The bucolic landscape seems endless. The people in my hometown love gossip too much. The people in countryside are tend to be more cliquish people than the urban one. My neighbors including my mother used to say discriminatory remark. I love my mom, but this (=my mother’s discrimination) become always main factor of our fighting. I always face these problem, so I watched many movies about discrimination. If someone recommend the movie about like that topic, I watched all of them. So I know the concept or history about that topic more than usually Japanese. I don’t say ‘ I like OOO or I hate OOO!!’ easily. And I try to contact with everybody equally.

Although I do so, if I think about my relationship, I have a tendency of my relationship. It is simple to say. Most of my female friends are Japanese. And most of my male friends are foreigners. Most of my Japanese male friends are only my past classmates. I will write about its reasons in the next time.

East vs West !?

East vs West !?

I really love New York. But I met many foreigners who say 'I don't like NY'. So I thought that NY isn't liked from everyone.

But I knew it isn't true. I ate dinner with the people who are from Vancouver and San Francisco nowadays. I asked him who is from San Francisco, ‘Don't everyone like NY, do they??' He answered ‘Actually no. But people in LA or San Francisco don't like NY. It's just a commonplace war, East vs West. It is like Tokyo vs Osaka. Hah??’He has been in Japan for many years. Osaka is the second largest city in Japan. And Osaka locates on the West in Japan. When I heard what he said, I realized that I misunderstood. I remembered the war between Tupac and Biggie. (If you like hip hop, you must know it. And if you don't know it and you're interested in, please search it.) In addition, the man who is from Vancouver said 'Yeah, I can say same thing in Canada. Many Vancouver people don't like Toronto, and many Toronto people don't like Vancouver.'

As I recall, I have never seen the people who is from NY in Japan. Actually, in my city, there are many American. But all of them that I have met ever are from Westside in America. Many people who were born in Tokyo have never been to stay the other areas. So, well many people in NY have never been to stay the other countries, maybe.
The people who were born in the largest city may love their home province more than the people who were born in the other areas. (Actually, many New Yorkers are wearing the T-shirt written ‘I ♡　NY’ and the cap of Yankees.) And if I say about Osaka, the people in Osaka really often say ‘People in East are blah blah blah , but people in West are blah blah blah.’

From my view, NY is the crowded and close city. LA or San Francisco are the city of nature. Those are totally different. So I can guess that the people in Westside don’t like noisy and busy city. But if I compare Tokyo and Osaka, those are not so different. Both of them are small and crowded city. So, how different?? The trait of their humanities are totally different. Take, for example, the people from Osaka come into my heart with their shoes. Adversely, the people from Tokyo come into my heart after leave off their shoes. Can you imagine?? The fulsome distance that an unknown people come close is 80 cm for the people from Tokyo. But for the people from Osaka, this distance is 60 cm. So many foreigners like Osaka more than Tokyo. They said ‘The people in Osaka treat as a person more than the people from Tokyo.’ When they go to Tokyo, they seem to feel anomie as the foreigners.

So how about the Japanese in the other areas?? Our area locates on east side in Japan. But the people who like Osaka and the people who like Tokyo are vary among individuals. Because the different thing is only disposition there. It depends on the individual at all.

Anyway, there is a war between the largest city and the second largest city in many countries. How about in your country??

Why Japanese Students Can Go Abroad2

Hi everyone!! How are you?? I’ll write about why the students can earn such a big money, today. (‘Such’ points going abroad) Its key is ‘Classless society’, I guess. Japan is said to be classless society. Of course each income is too different. But I think Japanese society is classless. So what is the reason?? I know 3 reasons why it is.

1 graduated taxation

Do you know this system?? It is adopted in America, too. It is the system that the people who can earn higher income have to pay higher tax. And the people who earn lower income have to pay low tax. The highest tax is 25% of her or his income. So poor people exist absolutely, but they don’t need pay as much as the rich people.

2 There is not poor area.

Of course in a rural city, people can’t earn so much money, but instead of that, rural people’s outcome is not so much. In some countries, There is an area like a slum area. Dangerous and poor area. But poor people can’t be out from there. Japan doesn’t have like this area. The rich area exist, but poor area doesn’t exist in Japan.

3 By grace of the 1$ shop.

You may think that this is ridiculous. But just read it before you think so.

Japanese 1 $ shop sells everything, (Ex. Dishes, Gardening goods, Garments, Foods) and those are not so low quality. So we don’t have to pay so much money for the minimum life. Also Japanese rich people buy non-critical stuff in the shop. I have heard that like this country is not exist in the world. In other country, the people in first class buy something in the shop which is first class. Rich people channel their money into only rich society. But rich Japanese don’t so. They wear UNIQLO in their holiday, and go shopping to 1$ shop. Rich people in other countries want to collect only luxury goods, I think this is truly ridiculous.

Therefore, it is not difficult to pile money for the people who can earn middle income. If the students work hard and save money, they can go abroad. If they want to save money seriously, they should only buy basic goods in only 1$ shop. Making the society that is easy to save money is the first step to the classless society, I think.

Why Can Many Young Japanese Go Abroad

I’ll write about why many young Japanese can go on a trip to abroad, today.

The employees seemed to be able to go abroad often during bubble economy. It was a employee’s trip. Many employees could go abroad by using the company’s money in those days even if it is small company. Now there’s not an employee’s trip in small company, and the employee in a big company go domestic travel by using company’s money.

Now, many people who can go abroad are college students. Were they given the travel money by their parents?? Maybe most of them will say ‘NO.’. Most of them saved their money by themselves and then, they go abroad.

In some colleges, if the students went to school seriously in 1st and 2nd grade, after that they don’t need to go to school so much. Some students have to go to school just a once a week in 3rd and 4th grade. And they have summer and spring vacation which last 1 or 2 months. They work hard while there is no class, and they save money. Then, they go abroad in summer or spring vacation.

I’ll write about why the students can earn such a big money next time!!

Why Are Japanese regarded as rich

Hi, long time no see!! I am little busy nowadays. My friend came to stay to my home, I ran a marathon, and I climbed some mountains. So what I could do was only replying message or accepting some friend requests in here. I could learn English less than my ideal... Sometimes I chatted on facebook or wrote some messages.　And I just have made and saved some contexts in my mobile phone.

I will upload them today.

When I go to abroad, I feel that foreigners have thought Japanese are still rich.

Japanese were rich in very old days. Japan is said to be 'If America sneezes, Japan catches a cold'. It is pointed especially about economy. Japanese economy is familiar with American one, like this. Now American economy has caught a cold for a long time. So how about Japan?! - Japanese economy has been freezing heavily for a while.

Actually we have been said to be that now is depression period from when we were 10 years old. The young people in nowadays are more terrible. Because they are raised by our generation. They don't use money than us who were raised by the bubble economy generation. The young generation is worrying about their future stronger than us. Actually, Japan has very big pension problem. The age of getting pension will get later gradually. So, Japanese economy will not be able to get well more and more.

Why the people in other country guess that Japanese are rich??

One of the reason is that many Japanese can’t say 'No!!'. (I can say.) So if someone recommends to buy some goods, some Japanese buy it although they don't want it.

And I have one more reason. The people who are moved to abroad from big Japanese company can get salary as much as the employee in Japan. And the price in the most countries are cheaper than Japan. Yes, Japanese price of commodities is very high.

Although they can send a usual life by $200 per a month in Japan, they can everything in other cheap country. So, they employ house keeper and drivers of expensive car.( When they went back to Japan, of course most of them were suffered its gap.)

So many people there regard all Japanese as rich. Although people in near by Japan may know that many Japanese are NOT rich already.

But why can we go to abroad even if we are very young. I will write about this reason next time. ( I don’t know when is it)

After The Models

After The Models

Actually I worked as a model when I was a high school student. Although I say that, I was a model in a rural city. (=my home town) I am tall Japanese. But my body type is not thin compared with Japanese models. Moreover I didn't like this job. But it gave me high salary, so I continued it while I was a high school student. But I didn't try to continue it after moving Tokyo (I moved to Tokyo at 19 years old and stayed for 4 years)

I will write about my colleagues in the model agency in my hometown, today. My colleagues have separated to two types. Type 1 is the people who moved Tokyo. Type 2 is the people who stayed in my hometown.

Of course type1 is the people who had tried to be famous harder than type2. And they had already been famous only in my hometown. On the other hand, type2 is the people who had regarded the job of models as just a part time job. They had main job like student or officer.

What are they doing now?? No one has become to be famous in Japan.

But most type2 became to be famous only in my hometown. They appear on some local TV programs or radio programs. This became their main job now. They get higher salary than other workers in my area. They earn higher salary than the type1 nowadays.

How about Type1?? They have still had the second job . It may be difficult to earn as only model in the urban city. Instead of that, most of them could catch a rich man. They have spent a luxury life. And they may become to be famous someday. Or they have a dream at least.

Which is happier?? No one know that until they are die. Me too.

RELIGION

RELIGION

Does your country have an official religion??

Japan doesn’t have particular religion. But we have a lot of event which have relations with religion. Many Japanese celebrate at Christmas, and they have their wedding at a church although they aren’t Christian. When Japanese die, they adopt the funeral style of Buddhism unless he or she has a particular religion. My kindergarten told Buddhism, and my junior high school told Christ. But the real believers are less than 10% of the students, I guess.

Moreover, there are a lot of religions in Japan. Selecting the religion is sometimes selecting political party in Japan. When the election starts, my sister’s friend seems to call to my sister and ask ‘Vote my party’ because of her belief. (Of course it is forbidden by Japanese law) She seems to be hated by her classmates including my sister.

Do you know the sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway system?? The people in a religion murdered many people with no choice by splashing poison in a subway. It became a trigger to doubt an existence of a private religion for many Japanese.

So sometimes I can’t understand the religious news happened in the world including religious conflict. I tried to understand about those, so I read the book of ‘If you know religion, you can know the world’.
I could understand a little.

Most Japanese don’t try to talk about religion because they know that we know about religion not enough. But we respect religion. So we don’t throw away anything at the religious place. We leave off our hat at these place without believing this religion. We obey its manner at all. Believing is amazing. Some religions are awesome. So we must not judge someone by one’s religion. And I will respect the people who has creed forever. But I will not belong a particular religion . So this is my first and last time to write about religion.

the proper quantity of alcohol

Hi!! I have not written for a while. How are you, everyone in here?? I have been to Tokyo for about one week. I went to some festivals as I wrote in here. These are amazing, but I didn’t write anything for these days.

I have drunk a lot at that time. So I’ll write about the proper quantity of alcohol today. How much can you drink alcohol?? Most Japanese are light drinkers. ( But I’m not :D My family and most of my friends are not, too) When Japanese students have a physical exam at a college, all of them have to be checked up an alcohol test. You know what, 40% of Japanese have alcohol allergy. Most of its cause is a parent’s heredity. Or some people decide not to drink when he or she fail once by alcohol.

Have I failed by alcohol?? Of course I have. But I will never stop to drink. Because it is fun. And I can forgive the people who failed by alcohol, because I have some experiences like that. I have never been angry about some happenings when somebody is drinking :D Because I can’t say anything about friend…

In Japan,　there is a mathematical formula that can compute amount of drink without hung over next morning . Most of the Japanese girls usually drink a cock tail. Most cocktails are made by 30cc of 40% alcohol and 200cc of fresh juice. So its percentage of alcohol is 5 %, right??

My weight is 53 kg so I can drink 1391cc of cocktail without hung over till next day!! Is this formula fitting into you?? Japanese are said to be weak for alcohol .One of the reason is that most Japanese have short statue and light weight.

Summer Festival

Summer Festival

I will go to some summer festivals at this weekend. I will go to Tokyo tomorrow. So I can’t do log in to here for a week at least.

I will write about it today. Japanese love summer as I wrote someday. There are the festivals in summer at everywhere in Japan. What will we do in there?? We will just dance, drink and listen to music.

At Saturday, we will go to Yokohama. There will be three stages in there. The artists play music at the each stage. We will go to our favorite musician’s stage. The artists said to be ‘surf series’ , and they will be gathered in there. We have fun all day with moving stage to stage. Some of the summer festivals take place on the mountain, and we stay in a tent with doing a camp for some days. But this time, we can’t do it because it will take place in the town.

At Sunday afternoon, we will go to ‘One Love’ party in the big park in Tokyo. This is a Jamaican festival. Of course reggae music will be played. I like reggae especially in summer. Many reggae events are held in Japanese summer. What will the Japanese reggae artists in other seasons??-I don’t know, hahaha…Recording?? Making albums?? maybe. It is free to enter. We will go there with alcohols, and we just drunk by good music and good drinks. ^o^

At Sunday night, we will go to the night club in Tokyo. Annular eclipse can be watched at that day. Do you know annular eclipse?? This phenomenon occurs just only once 25 years. So we can watch it at the first time!! Please it will be sunny, I wish. We will be handed out the sun glasses dedicated for watching annular eclipse. This is a Hip Hop event. I’m looking forward to all of them.

We can go them thank for a friend of mine. She searched all of them. She lost love nowadays, and she is stepping up efforts to find new love, hahaha~(^^;) Yes, summer festival is the place to find new love, exactly!! But it is danger to become ‘The love only in summer’ (It’s a joke, but sometimes no joke…)

I appreciate for her at all. And I wish that nothing bad happen and it will become good memories for us. See you 1 week later!! I will update some photos here!!

My Special Movies

Do you have any movies as a bible of your life？I have some. I like especially non-fiction. Today, I will introduce some my movies as a bible of my life which is based on true story. (Bible does not mean Christian book. I'm not a Christian. It means the tale encouraging me)

1 COACH CARTER
This is a basketball movie based on the legend story at the high school in Richmond. It tells the importance of what I have done. It means if I born in bad environment, I can do anything up to me. Its soundtrack is good, too. Especially 'Hope' by Twista. It is hip hop, but although if you don't like hip hop, you may like this tune. This movie treats the problems about drug, gangsta and crime rate of African American.

2 THE FIGHTER
This is a boxing movie. It's a tale about past famous boxer's brother's life till he won the world title. He was born in bad family. His mother was clinging to past glory. The brother was a junky. So he decided to get away from his family with agony. This movie tells that sometimes people need to throw away old environment for advance.
(Actually it’s not so simple like this, but I won’t to say anymore for people who will watch it.)

3 ERIN BLOCKOVICH

This is unbelievably real story about a law. Every working woman should watch it. This story about a woman who won the largest compensation in American history. From the big company which caused pollution and made citizens be ill . She has three children. And she has divorced twice. Surprisingly she doesn't have a law license. It must cheer up working omen.

4 Malcolm X

This is the historical happening as you know. This movie is the tale about fight between black and white. Yellow race don't have any stand points in it, I know. (I want to say a lot of things about this matter because I'm interesting in the race very much, but I don't say anything in here. Because it will be too long) Although he fight against only white, but it tells the importance of that I have to realize all discriminations. He doesn’t fear even losing own life for fighting against huge vice. I was also surprised at his background. There are still a lot of discriminations in the world. I know that Japanese or Asian or women are mocked or hated by some people. We should throw away any racial and sexual stereotype.

5 The King's Speech

This is the tale about the king in England who can't speak usually. Women have to focus on his wife rather than its hero. Her attitude of supporting her husband is awesome. I want to be a women like her. The couple is Japanese ideal husband and wife.

If you have any recommend movies, please tell me!! And if you have free time, please watch them!!They must be impressive for you!! All of them except No.4 are success and happy ending story.

I have DVD of No1 and 3, but I want others, too. They must give me a great influence if I watch them again and again. And when I have some children, I want to show them!! I have to do it!!

The Japanese Trying To Keep Peace

If you have some experiences of working with Japanese or you have some Japanese friends, you may know that Japanese don't like a discussion. Because when different opinions face each other, some Japanese become to hate the other who have different opinion from own one.
Do you know the words of 'If the kind people get angry once, he or she are more scary than the others.' ?? In truth, many kind Japanese are so.
If they get angry once, they deny not only about the opinion but also the one's personality. Japan also has like this history at international relationship. After withstanding the way Japan is treated cruelly for a while, suddenly Japan get angry, and it grow worse and worse.

'Don't talk about political thing or religion especially when you drunk', said to be in Japan. Because talking about this matter can break down a relationship with someone who has different belief. So I consciously point something wrong easily. Why?? Because I don't want to have a bad relationship with important friends by trifle thing. So I say what I want to say soon after I think. And I have one more reason. It's I don't want to be mocked with regarding as a representative of Japanese who can't say anything what they think.

Instead of that, smart people who likes discussion hates denying one's personality. Because it can be a discrimination. If you deny one's personality with saying about the race or color or sex or creed, many people will be your enemy.

So smart people are good at finding what's wrong, and deny about only one's bad part, properly WITHOUT emotion.

Conversation skill is very important especially in the relationship with the people who aren't know each other so much. Because we have only words for conveying.

Running With Someone

Running With Someone

I have one more thing that I had decided to do after my TOEIC test. It is running.

All of my families are good at marathon. We don't have reflexes so much. Marathon is the best sports which don't need reflexes. We have good record at marathon, but we are not good at other sports. Our common point is that we can have good record when we run longer distances. Marathon is one kind of the sports which fight against oneself's spirit, not against someone else, I think.

I had stopped running from before TOEIC test for studying. But I restarted running and I entered the marathon at July 10th.With my mother and friend. And I also entered in a local running team. Its purpose is just running together. It's organized by a sports shop. We run twice a month.

I ran first time in this team last week.
It was practice for half marathon.(I don't know its name is worldwide or not. Half marathon is about 21.1 km, full marathon is 42.195km,right??)
A professional runner ran as a pace maker at that time. And we ran with chatting and having fun. Running with chatting was hard for upper body, I thought, but it was easy for my legs. Because I got centered on chatting, I could forget that I ran for very long distances. ( Of course after that I was suffered by terrible muscular ache for about 2 days, but I like it because I can feel the growth of my muscle, hahaha.) So It was very good experience for me. I will remember modest pace of marathon at this team. And all of them were very cool!! They had nice muscle and beautiful legs although most of their ages are same range with my mom’s!!! And their humanity was also nice!! I want to be like them, I thought. I will enter in this running time as possible I can.

I was a player of the running club at my high school, but I didn't think I can run such a long distances at the first time. Actually, although I run about 3 times per a week after a TOEIC test, I was suffered for only 5 km when I ran alone. I thought that I became to not be able to run for a long time. But I could it, if it with someone. Running with someone is great if its person is a good runner.

AND!!!!

I decided my target that I will run at Honolulu full marathon at 40 years old!! I'll do it!!!

Rural or Urban

How differ between the rural city and the urban city in your country?

I had lived in Tokyo for 4 years.　After and before that,　I have lived in the second major city in Japan.　If I say 'second', there are large differences between the best city and second city. It is a place like San Francisco if I say in U.S.A.　I have worked as a salesperson at the boutique　both in Tokyo and here. I've seen many women who is around 20~50years old. From my view as a salesperson, the difference of fashion tendency for women between in the rural city and urban city is like these.

The women in the urban city; Of course they are very fashionable. They pick out clothes without thinking about their age. So some people wear the clothes which is not fit their age.

The women in the rural city; They prefer clothes that will cover their figure.
They prefer the stretch and relax materials. So many people seem to be fat more than the real.

I think there are 3 reasons for the difference.

1. The urban people use Public means of transportation.(Subway in Tokyo is extremely complicated. So, transferring needs to walk for a long distances)
Instead of that, the suburb people use a car to go to everywhere. So, the urban people are more thin than the rural people.

2. There is a lot of opportunity to dress up in the city. In Tokyo, there are a lot of parties every weekend. (Ex. fashion magazine's anniversary party, fashion brand's reception party, fashion show and more.) And there are a lot of NOT young people in the urban night club. But there are people only around 20 years old in the night club in the rural city.

3. The Japanese rural people love gossip more than urban Japanese. So if someone wear the flashy clothes without thinking her age, everyone talk about her. So old women can’t wear flashy clothes. ( In fact, if I walk with a boy around my home, everyone talk to my parents about me at the next day …hahaha)

So, for generally rural people, maybe the wedding party is an only opportunity to dress up. No opportunity to dress up, no opportunity to take care their figures.

Maybe you should live in the city if you want to keep your figure, and dress up without taking care of the neighbors. And you should live in the country side if you want to take your ease.But actually, we can’t decide to live in where, so easy.

To Be Beautiful

I had decided to be beautiful after my TOEIC test. Because I can't two things at the same time. When I studied hard, I became bad posture.

I finished TOEIC test at March 18th.Then,I bought a magazine about beauty. At the magazine, I realized that all beautiful women exert an effort for not only beauty. If I think about the famous beautiful women, they exert an effort for being famous moreover being beauty, so we know them. Of course they must be busier than me.

One of my friend say that she sometimes feels a emptiness when she exert an effort for only beauty. She works as a instructor of her Yoga studio, and she has undergone plastic surgery many times. (Don't misunderstand, I don't think that having plastic surgery is bad thing) So she always thinks about beauty everyday all day. Of course she is very beautiful. But what is her emptiness? Maybe it is emptiness of that she has only beauty.( Of course she is not so from my view. So we are friend and I love her!!)

Moreover, although if I become to be beautiful and keep not be able to do two things at the same time, I will be back to unbeautiful when I have some babies. Because a mother is always busy and she has no holiday.

So I stopped to devote myself for beauty very soon, hahaha…Because I don't want to be a person who has only beauty. And I was back to try to continue studying English again. (Although it is also not OK to have only English skill...I know...)

I decided to spare my time for beauty for only 15 minutes after a bath time per a day . And I try to keep good posture while I am studying English.Thank,you!!

After The Earth Quake

I thought that I make sentence on my mobile phone at my home, at the prior night. And I update its copy at the next day. So I will update it as much as I can. Because I have no time till I will go to Australia. I have to improve my English as much as possible for this one year.

I will write about ‘ After the earth quake, how did Japanese people change? ‘

If I focus on the community, we reaffirmed the importance of the unity with neighbors. And we learned about helping each other or how did we send convenient life by electric.

If I focus on individual, what happen for the Japanese?
At first, we couldn't use all traffic means and electricity and gas and phone and more. Of course we couldn't even watch on TV. So we couldn't go to our office.Most workers didn't go to work for a week. We could go to bath after about a week.The people couldn't send usual life, and got a lot of free time too enough. Most of the people who had tried diet gained the weight again. And most of the people who had stopped smoking started smoking again. I'm not exception. I thought only fear and negative things. And I just only cried when I watch or listen the news.

The people seemed to turn bad course once.

But after a while, I started to study English, some people restarted running or exercise or reading. They are a custom when they were students. We had stopped them once before the earthquake. Many people said like that thing, same to me.

This horrible earthquake made us to get up our bad custom temporarily, but as longer term, we restarted good customs.

Of course the people lost house or in farm can't say such a easygoing thing, but my area also got big damage. I just want to say that the earth quake didn't bring only bad luck to us!!! Every bad happenings can turn to good luck. Up to you or me. Thank you!!

The Reason Of Busy Season

I couldn’t write my blog for a short while. I don’t have a PC in my house, so I can use a PC only while I’m working. But now is my busy season. It will continue till August.
But It is rain today, no one will come here. So I can update it today!!

I will write about why is now busy season, today. Its reason is that everybody buy clothes in warm season more than cold season. Because everybody love summer. How are you feeling in hot season??

Many Japanese seem to feel freedom in summer. People become outgoing and sociable. Japan has the words ‘Love of one season’ . It points summer. If we don’t have to do anything, we just go to a park and drink. Every major park has some events like a festival or playing music in every weekend.
The opportunities of that our phone ring are increase. We become to get more mails and phone calls than cold season. The opportunities of inviting party are increase. Every free people want a girl friend or boy friend. People become to want to do the dating game. Therefore people need a lot of clothes.

Our city has a lot of snow in winter. Who want to go out in a lot of winter? So we go out only X’mas party or new year’s party or other special events. Therefore people don’t need a lot of clothes.

How about in your country?
Are the southerner airiness all year?

Incidentally…
As a result, we feel isolation and miss someone in winter (Although we don’t go out by our will…hahaha) Actually people in cold area are said to be dismal and people in warm area are said to be cheerful people, generally in Japan. Actually the cold prefecture has the best suicide rate (This is Akita, north in Japan, and next by my prefecture…). And warm prefecture has the longest life rate (It’s Okinawa, South in Japan). Because laughing or not to care about trifle thing make one's life long.

The Way To Know What Happened

How do you know what happen in all over the world??

Is it the most timely way by the internet if you want to know about the news in the world??If you want to know what happen in your country, the most exact way is on TV,maybe. How about you if you want to know about very local news , (ex delaying train by bad weather or local festival or climate ) ??Maybe from neighbors or friends is the earliest and most exact way.

Can you trust the media in your country?? They can be steered by someone.

Do you know the very big earth quake in Japan?? The damage was terrible. 20 thousand people dead. Japanese media was excellent for the kindness of broadcast without only one dead body .They tried to rid our fear. Actually we were sad to just watch even the Tsunami news. We wouldn’t endure to watch dead body in addition.

But our government made TV programs to broadcast the lie about atomic power plant accident. After the earth quake, TV broadcasted the lie or more light thing than the fact. Instead, the scoops that were more terrible than the fact were talked among friends or the internet. American or German media did so, too. They broadcasted that Japan had foundered.

Although most TV programs and radio programs said that many lies were talked in the local area or on the internet. But some of them were truth. I know that there were some rapes or steals ( Not so many) Because all happened around me!!!!And the blast in the atomic power plant became the fact.Even if TV tried to rid our fear, truth is truth, lie is lie.

It is not surprise thing that the area attacked by the Tsunami become dangerous zone because there were no food no electric no water no meaning of money. Some people lost everything. The dark night was horrible especially for the young girls.
Of course most Japanese is very kind as you know. We helped each other. A lot of foods and money and everything sent from not only Japan but also all over the world soon. Please image if such a big tsunami attack your country. It may be more terrible than Japan.

The story’s purport was little changed a little, I’m sorry.
Can you trust the media in your country.I can't it especially after the earth quake.An extraordinary happenings may tell the truth.

Period of Cold Season

How long cold months last of the year in your country ?

Japan has 4 seasons per a year .

Like this

March-May : Spring

June-August : Summer (June is also said to be Rainy Season)

September-November : Fall

December-February : Winter

I will feel cold in November-February of the year if I wear proper clothes . But I’m engaging in fashion . So I have to wear earlier clothes than actual season . So now is spring , but I have to wear the summer clothes .

Therefore I have to feel cold even if it is worm season . I feel cold even March-May . Instead of it , I can feel warmer in September and October . Even if I wear warm clothes I feel cold after November . So people engaging fashion are feel cold 8 months per a year !!What a long ….

Even people wearing proper clothes may feel cold 5months per a year.

But there is a boy who are wearing only T-shirts in each class all year long , everybody say . There is a person who never feel cold per a 30 people , maybe . (Although it is only elementary school student )

I like winter clothes , but actually I want to move warm country !!

American Doramas

I often watch the American dorama for learning English.I usually watch the movie,But when the movies I want to watch are decreasing , I start to watch the American doramas .

My reviews of American movies were like this .

*Gossip girl ; I read its novel when I was a teenager so I can have fun . It's very fashionable and gorgeous . Although it’s a little gunky tale but I can't quit watching it . I like Vanessa and Jenny’s fashion .

*OC ; It's just a gunky tale . Some people say it's similar to GG . But different for me , because it's NOT fashionable so I stopped watching it.

*Desperate Housewives ; Same to OC .

*SATC ; It's my favorite . It’s amazing , funny , beautiful , interesting energetic and positive . I want its DVD . I also like its movies .

*Prison Break ; It was the most exciting . But the last season was terrible .

*Ugly Betty ; It's just mock the fashion world . I stopped watching it , too .

*Lie To Me ; Its very interesting . But how should I do after I can know someone's lie ? I may became not to trust anyone .

About my junior high school

I wrote about my high　school yesterday　.　So how about my junior high school ?

I went to traditional private school for only girls . But it was terrible . Our grade was said to be the worst grade in the past . Although our school is Christian school , there was all juvenile delinquency in those days . Like a smoking , alcohol ,stealing , leaving home , selling sex (Can you believe that ? they had been 12-15 years old yet in those days!! ), bullying . Stealing is not only from a store , but also from friend . Someone stole money and belongings from the classmates .Because teachers had to find a guilty person , we were not allow to go home till she was found everytime .

We could enroll its high school without having examination , but I didn’t so . I studied hard and enrolled in another public high school .The number of the students enrolled in another high school or retired without graduation had been the largest since this school was built.

I had good experience in there , but I was good to go to another high school .
I had met the people who didn’t talk about someone's gossip first time at my high school . I will continue the relationship with friends of high school forever in my life .

About My High School

My high school is the best college preparatory high school in my prefecture. But it doesn’t mean the highest level .

Compared with American college , Japanese college is often said like this thing . It is easy to enroll in American college , but it is difficult to graduate . Although it is difficult to enroll in Japanese college , it is easy to graduate .

Like this words , entrance examination of Japanese college is so difficult . So most intelligent students who couldn’t pass the examination of elite university decide to try it again next year. The student of the second level like us decide to enroll validly college directly .

Therefore , sometime the best college preparatory high school doesn’t mean the most intelligent high school in Japan .

There were a very few bad boys & bad girls in my high school . Most students are amiable , so everybody laughed when the teacher said something funny . Our school is not too good and not too bad , so teachers want to take a office in my high school . Our school is the most popular among teachers , too.

How to behave in the future

This is a continuation of yesterday’s blog.The story about ‘Feminine men’ and ‘Manlike women’.(←They are said to be modern Japanese)Is it solve by reversing the positions of men and women ?,I inquired last time.

Because women bear a baby. A baby needs to be held in mother's arms immediate after born.(This is called ‘Kangaroo Care’). Children needs maternal love especially when they are baby. Therefore , if the couple divorce , the wife will get parental authority in the case without special situation in Japanese law .

Although women became 30years old , they still say Challenge? Skill up? Culture lesson ? Beauty ?Old people say .
I think those are fantastic . But women should those after fulfill a role as a women , I also think.

I had a sympathy very much with the Japanese great thinker’s words .She said like this things .

Now is the times to backlash against the history that women got insulted for a long time . Women act selfish too much .Such time will be past , they will act for family and fulfill their role as a women . By their will . She guess. I think so and I wish so.

Decreasing of marriage

I was asked about decreasing the number of marriage in Japan by my friend at here.So I'II write about this matter.

This is a kind of big probrem in Japan.Of course its reasons is not only one.So I asked about it to my friends and family.The reason of it they said was same to mine.

The biggest reason is the advance into society of women.
The discrimination to women has faded year to year , including the women's income rise . This means economical independence of women . But it also made a lot of women who is undomesticated . Woman became to be able to have a dream even she is around 30 years old . Woman is becoming like a man .

And Japanese men became weaker than longtime ago . Because women become to be independent,men are unrespected than in old days . ‘Meat-eating girls’ or ‘Plant-eating boys’ are popular words in Japan nowadays .
Of course usually Japanese women have been still weaker than women in your countries . In our grandparent’s generation,EVERY Japanese women obeyed EVERYTHING men’s said .

Needless to say , Most woman needs stronger man than herself now . Is it only a matter of time before manlike woman get used to womanlike man ? Is it solve by reversing the positions of men and women ? I think it is not so simple.

But I have no time.So the continuration maybe tomorrow .

There is a library on my way to the office . It is 28th floor in a office building . It is called Elsola . Elsola is not a simple library . It is a library FOR WOMEN . It is engaged on the problems of domestic violence and gender segregation .

Don’t worry gentleman !! You are not my enemy . I have no experience of DV or gender segregation.(Or I just have not realized it !? )

I use here just because it is the nearest library by the metro police station ,and sole space that is allowed eating and drinking .Moreover It has a great view and opens until the latest in our town .

So not only women but also a lot of men and children use there . It is the most crowded library in my town maybe.Of course the books are interesting , too .There are so many different types of books there . I'm reading the book named 'German works for rest,Japanese works for work again.'now.I'll introduce the books I read someday!

Although I don’t have women concern , I’ll continue to use there .

Each bloodtype

Hi!This is continuation of yesterday's blog.If you didn't read it,firstly read it writen about fortune-telling of bloodtype,please.

In Japan , each blood types are said to be like that;

Type A; They worry about the trifle matter . (←Typical Japanese) They take care of that how the other people suppose to them.
Japan has the largest population of type A by ratio in the world
Actualluy my past boyfriends are all type A . Of course I have never chosen by their blood type.

Type B; They keep own pace . They are singular.
I can guess them the easiest . They ignore their unpropitious matters.

Type O
They are crude and rough people. They can be individualized for each people.They have a sense of optimism . Is this trait the best ? Yes, People type O is proud of their blood type .

Type AB
They have double character.They are genius . They are　rare .
It is difficult to guess for me , because they are half type A and type B .

Is it totally ridiculous ? But this is one of the matter talked by Japanese for real.I have never talked about the blood type with foreigners , So maybe I can’t guess their blood type .

Do you know the fortune-telling of blood type?
I heard that the analysis of the blood type doesn’t exist in other countries.Is it true?

Japanese likes talking about blood type very much especially among young girls.I may have no friends without talking about blood type who have known each other for more than three years .There maybe a few parties without talking about blood type.Talking about blood type is inevitable way as a Japanese.

People can search their identities by searching their ancestor in the country building up with many races . But Japan is built up with most pure Japanese . (Although lately , foreigners are increased) So, fortune-telling of blood type is the tool of identify.

Or it maybe a kind of brain washing .
Japanese are grown with consciousness of their blood types , so they might grew up with classified way.
If I spent with someone for a day , I will be able to guess 70 percent of their blood type .(But it's maybe only Japanese)Let’s write about the traits of each blood type tomorrow.

Which Is Important For You

Which is important humanity or appearance for you ?

I have two questions for you.
1. Which is important matter your appearance or humanity for you?
2. Do you think yourself to be beautiful?Or not?

In Japan,like these findings were presented.
The answer of Q1 was half and half.How was the breakdown?
How was answerer’s appearance?The group of researchers classified the answerers according to good-looking or not.
Most of the answerers who was regarded as a beautiful person answered [Humanity]
Most of the answerers who was regarded as a unbeautiful person answered [Appearance]
This research was held only in Japan.

To be sure,most of the beautiful girls can find a boyfriend soon,but most of them can’t last long.
Most of the unbeautiful(I apologize for my rudeness) girls are hard to find boyfriend,but they can last longer than beautiful girl generally(Is it only in Japan?).
Beautiful person may lose out on her humanities.And unbeautiful person may lose on her looking.

But Japanese proverb says [The neighbor’s lawn looks like better than mine].
We are always envious of the neighbors(who has something we don’t have).
This maybe one of the reason beautiful girls and unbeautiful girls don’t associate privately.
But if I talk about this matter to somebody,I may offend my friend.So I can not tell anyone.

Do you organize some pages on the Internet yourself?

My pages are Facebook, Blog of my butique and here.
The readers of my blog and friends of my FB are my classmates when I was student,close friends, my families and customers of my butique.There are also my friend’s friends and my sister’s friends.

How about here?None of them.I don’t tell anyone my acquaintances.

In the other my pages,I have to take care about the people who are in all standpoints.I can’t write all matter what I think.

My Favorite Magazine

My favorite magazine is [VOGUE].Vogue is sold in many countries. Vogue department in NY is the place that became the stage of the movie [The Devil Wears Prada].

I purchase Vogue Tokyo every month.But actually,I stopped the purchasing of it while I studied for TOEIC for about 3 months. I bought Vogue this month after an interval of three months.

Vogue is the most beautiful magazine in Japan.Am I watching [SATC] too much? (SATC is the dorama about love and fashion in NY.And there are a lot of tales of VOGUE)Yes,I am!!I have engaged in Fashion for more than 7 years.So,of course I love SATC!

Vogue Tokyo interviewed Taylor Swift this month.Taylor Swift is famous as a fashion icon in Japan.So,I have seen her in the magazines many times. But I had not known that she was a country singer until I read the interview.Only her fashion and beauty are picked up,but her music is not focused in some superficial magazines.Although of course music can’t put on a magazine, I can also understand the reason that celebrities hate Paparazzo.

And I love Vogue because it is not only focus on the fasion of famous people,but also their works and humanities.

My Father's gift card

My father was presented the gift cards for 30000 Japanese yen as a token of the celebration of resignation by the workers in his office .(Current rate is US $1=83yen) My father gave me it .This gift card can use at only Mitsukoshi.(Mitsukoshi is one of the Japanese luxury department store.)1 card is for 1000yen,and I have 30 cards. If I use it,I can’t get changes.

What do I want in this luxury department store? Nothing. Everything in Mitsukoshi is too expensive for me.

So,I’ll buy a gorgeous lunch box everyday without a change.How much is a lunch box in your country?

The lunch box in a Japanese convenience store is maybe 300yen~500yen.In Japanese fast food shop (Like a Yoshinoya which is famous for a beef bowl)sells it for the same price range.But Mitsukoshi lunch box is 1000yen at least.This price is same price to eat lunch in restaurant.

I can eat luxry lunch for 30 days.hahaha~.

I like the new bill.

I like the new and clean bill.Becuse I'm maneging my own butique,I prepare the change everyday.If I get the terrible bill by the customers,I enter it in the ATM.

In japan,the bill noone used is called [Pin Satsu].[Pin satsu] is cherished by some store managers.Maybe everyone like [Pin satsu] in Japan.

In English,there is the word like a [Pinsatsu]?In the other countries,I often saw the people who thrusted the money in their pockets.I have never seen a [Pin Satsu] in the other countries except the changing place of the airport.

In your country,is there a culture of cherishing the bill without a polygonal line?

The common explession

How do you express the negative emotion except by language?

I work as RedBull Girl after usual job once or twice a month.We go to the two night clubs a day and sell RedBulls everytime.(Redbull is an energy drink.It is delicious to drink with Vodka or some other alcohols)Because I have to earn for Working Holiday.I had worked second time.This is an annual contract.

In my town,there are some clubs which is entrance free for only freigners.And foreigners can get a VISA there easier than at Tokyo.So,there are a lot of foreigners in these night clubs.

I realized that is they did the common expression way.
When they explessed 'I don't need this',by putting up their one eyebrow and lifting one side of their mouse.This tendency was looked especially among white and black people.

Do you express negative emotion by like this way?
We don't have like this kind of expression.
But I graduatelly understood that their eye and mouth said 'Don't come here.'hahaha.

We sold many RedBulls last time,but most of the buyers were Japanese boys.

Im Makiko.
I'm Japanese and I'm living in Japan now.
I want to learn English.
My English is not so well yet.So,If you find some mistakes in my blog,please tell me .

First I'll introduce myself.
I was leaning about fashion at the college in Tokyo.After I graduated,I retunned to my hometown and started to manage my small Butique alone.
My town is the rural city,so I have a lot of free time everyday.Therefore I'm studying English everyday.

I often go to Taiwan for buying my shop's marchandise.
But there is no oppotunity to study English.
Because there is many people who can speak Japanese than English.
I went to some other countries,but my English isn't so well,
so I started This Blog!

I'll quit my job,maybe 6 months later.
After that I'll go to Australia for `Working Holiday'
