DUA

Allah said : And when My slaves( people whom believe in Allah ) ask you (the messenger of Allah) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led aright.

Joy : As we told you before , During Ramadan ;the Sky is open , the Gates of Hell are closed , the Gates of Heaven are open , the Devils are in Chains & Angels are called out !

So , your supplications are open you can ask Allah whatever you wish !

JOY :

Supplication: Dua : you should say when you are breaking your fast :
اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ

Allahumma laka sumtu waala rizqika aftart.

Which means: O Allah, I fasted seeking your reward, and by your sustenance I break my fast.

Also, when he broke his fast the Prophet( pbuh) used to say:

ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ الله
Dhahabadh-dhama’u wabtallatil uruqu wathabatal-ajru insha’ Allah.

Which means: “The thirst is gone. My veins are dampened and the reward has been earned, by Allah's will.”

Joy : In fact, it does not void your fasting if you are cautious and if you make sure not to swallow the paste or the saliva mixed with it. However, it is much safer to brush with toothpaste after Suhoor and before Fajr time and then use the dry brush without paste during the day.

Eating properly in the morning will give you energy throughout the day.

Suhoor is one of the most important meals to consume during Ramadan, as it keeps your energy levels up during the day.

Foods that are slow to digest, and that provide a gradual release of energy during your fasting hours. Complex carbohydrates, lots of fibre, protein, and nutrient-dense foods are your friends.

Think whole grains, lentils, fruits and vegetables, dried seeds and nut. Drink plenty of water before and after the fast, to avoid dehydration.

While fruits like oranges, watermelon, banana, pine-apple, apples are also common. It is also necessary that observers of this season drink as much water, eat fruits and vegetables as possible between Iftar and bedtime.

First of all we must focus on how to feed the body with good and healthy foods, in its manageable quantities. It is necessary to note that the body will respond best if one eats a regular and varied diet, and avoid gorging; as excessive quantities of food can stress your system

Eating a large iftar can also be a problem because it can involve "trigger foods". Trigger foods are foods that cause people to desire more and more of the same food. Sugar is one popular trigger food. The opposite of "trigger foods" are "ideal foods". You can find out your trigger foods by observation or by visiting a naturopath. Everyone should know what foods they are allergic to, what foods are their "trigger" foods and what foods are their "ideal foods"

Traditionally, the fast is broken with some dates and a drink of water or juice. This makes good sense for your body. It will ease you into eating Iftar (the evening meal), and start restoring your sugar balance quickly.

Fast the month of Ramadan so that to heal your bodies from diseases," says a Hadith, or saying of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Eating a heavy  iftar right after the adaan (the Maghrib prayer )  is not recommended in the Hadith. The large influx of food consumed after a day of fasting can cause many problems the digestive system . For this reason it is recommended that Muslims break their fast on dates and water or a simple soup, perform the Maghrib prayer and then eat a moderate iftar. Ideally, another small meal should then be eaten after the Tarawih (evening prayers during Ramadan) prayers.

Both of the suhoor and iftar meals contain fresh fruit, vegetables, halal meats, breads, cheeses, and sweets. Remember that the Muslim world is large and is not only in the Middle East; there are Muslims worldwide in Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, and Australia. The types of food served vary by region. The meals are served either at home with family, or in the community mosques, or other designated places within the Muslim community.

During Ramadan, two main meals are served; the suhoor, which is served before dawn4:15am, and the iftar, which is served after sunset6:40pm. Since the suhoor is intended to last one throughout the day, it tends to be a heavy and hearty meal. Suhoor ends when the sun rises and the fajr, or morning prayer, begins. At the end of the day, when the sun sets, the maghrib prayer starts, and the day's fast is broken with the iftar meal. Many Muslims break their fast by eating dates before beginning the iftar meal. Muslims can continue eating and drinking throughout the night until the next day's suhoor. At the end of the Ramadan month, Muslims celebrate the Festival of the Breaking of the Fast, called Eid al-Fitr.

Stopping smoking is one of the most important things you can do to for your heart health and Ramadan is the ideal time to quit smoking for good.

Baset ; believe it or not !

Doctors always say that smoking is one of the major causes of heart and circulatory disease and that smokers are almost twice as likely to have a heart attack as people who have never smoked.

During Ramadan , when you are walking down the streets of islamic cities at the time of the sunset prayer (Maghrib), not only people who are giving out dates and water are seen but several Mawaed Rahman(free foods & drinks )as well. Mawaed Rahman(free foods & drinks ) are free public eateries organized during the holy month of Ramadan. Mawaed Rahman (free foods & drinks ) are organized by the wealthy, in order to offer the needy and the poor a warm meal during iftar time. Normally, Mawaed Rahman are donated and financed by individuals. The location of the Mawaed Rahman are essential, since areas where a lot of people pass by are preferred, because that way the eateries can reach out to a greater amount of hungry. One of the factors which hinders individuals to host such eateries is the long bureaucratic work.
