Once, I had an idea that if I had a boyfriend, he must own big hands, bigger than mine, so that when we are hand in hand, I can feel the sense of security and warmth. 
To some degree, the mode of hand in hand to me is more important than hugs and kisses, it may sound strange, but I like it. I think hearts and thoughts can be interacted when we are hand in hand.
However, amusingly, I found my hand is so small that every girl in my class has bigger hands than me, so, undoubtedly, all the boys of my age, even younger than me, their hands are much bigger than mine. Disappointedly, the bigger hand can never be the requirements when I want to find a boyfriend.

I deeply agree on what you said about "love".
You know, many friends of mine(girls) are eager to find a boyfriend after they have entered the universities. Sometimes, I think they treat love too randomly, they just want to find a person to accompany, so that they may not feel lonely and bored. I can't accept it.
I think love is serious and should be treasured by heart, it's not a joke or a game, not for fun!
So sometimes I feel puzzled and disappointed about my friends attitude to love.

hello sarah, there is nothing wrong having a small hand. A boyfriend with a bigger hand, does that really mean security? Just joking, it may mean dirty slaps and black eyes.
About boyfriend, don't awaken love if you are not ready for it.It is about joy and pain and it takes a matured mind to handle the strong passion and emotions that comes with it. pray about it, follow your heart not your head because love connects in the hearts. all the best.
