For example the Tribal war practice of Kalinga, is only preferably for kalinga tribe who are in conflict, but there is no problem now because, little by little that the practice of tribalism is slowly eliminated. People of Kalinga are well educated, they are religious people, and they&nbsp;also&nbsp; occupy highest ranking in Military, government position&nbsp;and &nbsp;other institutions.
