Social networking has become a phenomenal way for people to keep in touch, find friends and learn about new subjects or things.
It has also become a major played in assisting students or learners of English to improve their language skills as it allows non-native speakers to find friends who are native speakers of English to communicate with and share ideas with each other.
myspace, facebook, yuwie, friendster, English Club. Socialgo are but a few social networks out there.
These sites contain groups where you can search for other students or learners who are pursuing similar goals. Links, ideas, sites and media sites are exchanged.
