Did you watch the movie  One Week? I like it so much, the Canadian natural scenery , the soundtracks and the meaning of life.I've watched it three times. And I'm learning the song from one of the soundtracks- Hard Road. Another song named  Oh Canada  is very funny."I saw a beaver,I saw a goose..."

It's snowing here.it's CRAZY to see it snowing this hard.Usually it does snow every year here but it never sticks to the ground. I can't even see the dirt .It makes unsafe roads,I must be very careful. If it lasts for long,I'm afraid the school will be closed. The winter vacation will come earlier.haha

I'm translating an article——PSF(Perfect Sound Forever,an online music magazine) interview u-Ziq.You can find the text through google.

For instance,

"On vinyl, it's four tracks each on four sides. Side A is a journey, side B is a journey, side C is a journey and side D is a journey. It's four different things. On CD, it's two lumps of tracks that sort of work together but it doesn't quite work." I don't quite understand how CD or vinyl works. Do u have any know-how about this?

I got an interesting email from someone, earlier in the week. Back several months, I guess it would be maybe five or six or more, I'd been writing back and forth with a member of Ebaby. She'd asked for help and, over time, we had been getting to know each other a bit better.

As time went by, the messages became longer and more interesting and, I thought, we were becoming better friends. With friends that you've known for a long time and shared thoughts with, a person becomes more open and trusting. Maybe we say things in a different way or discuss topics that might only be discussed between good friends.

Well, my lesson learned is that you can't just open yourself up to people sometimes. In my last message, I said something that upset this friend. To me, it was an innocent statement but to her, I assume because of cultural or age differences, it was far from innocent. Instead of telling me what upset her, she just disappeared. No email, no contact at all.

Because we had been good friends and because she dropped out of sight completely, I became very worried that this person had been injured in an accident and was hospitalized. A couple of times I actually had a friend in the country in question search for details of an accident.

Then, out of the blue, I get an email that described the incident and the person's feeling about it. The situation isn't resolved but at least now I know what happened. Maybe we will continue to be in contact or maybe this will be the final messages between us. I hope we can continue to be friends but if not, well, c'est la vie!

The lesson here is mind what you say and take into account another person's cultural differences when you say something. I am darn sure that I will from now on!

We can’t live without friends in life. It’s impossible to contact friends all the time but at least keep in touch from time to time.  I always feel worried when friends suddenly don’t contact me.  And I am unable to contact them in my side either.  At this moment, I will wonder if I have done something wrong to them or they possibly encounter some bad things.

When you facing a person you don’t know well, it’s better to think of whether your words will hurt others or not before you say. Different people have different personalities and may have totally different reflections upon the same topic.

While, I think chatting is so nature between friends, especially friends you know well and mostly it’s no need to consider a lot what you should say and what you should not.  Even if friends’ words upset you, you shouldn’t just feel angry without any explanation.  The worse, for that, you turn a blind eye to your friends and don’t contact your friends anymore.  If any mistakes are made, just to point out and amend.

Anyway, it’s very important to be honest when communicating with friends.  Hope your friend is fine and she will get back to you soon.
