I'm tired of being sick

I hate being sick. I had 3 fevers in 1 month and headache. It felt like i'm going to die. I cant breath through my nose. I dont know how can i prevent it. I hate this feeling. I cant be myself anymore.

When people around me begin to have symptoms of flu, I take aspirin (usually it helps). Also very important is to have a strong immune system. This is part a genetic heritage, but you can improve it by choosing the right feeding. I know how you feel being almost dead... death hurts. Wish you health!
