i visited Japanese SAKE factory in YAMANASHI Prefecture.
the smell like wine, fresh SAKE tastes fruity.
can you see a large ball hanging?
it's called SUGIDAMA - a ball made of Japan cedar.
in this season, it appears in SAKE factories to imform you that " we are making new fresh SAKE now , and you can drink or buy it"
have you ever drunk Japanese SAKE?
