Find Friends

Mr. Consolable,

Mr. Dependable,

Left without a simple goodbye.

Broken down,

Crying tears mixed with blood,

Wounds left open with your disappearance. 

Unhappily turn up to school,

Like nothing out of the norm.

Though you’re still inexistent,

Like nothing I ever known.

Time ticks by continuously,

Still no word of you’re disappearance. 

The news plays in the foreground,

As I forget the pasts of my background.

Clearing the image I was had,

Replacing it to what is now.

Mr. Loving,

Mr. Patient,

No longer here to be. 

The times passed ever so fast,

Now I can’t remember the past.

It’s clouded,

My judgment is jaded. 

Bedtime occurs,

Avoidance slowly creeps up.

Fatigue is my downfall,

Intensity failed,

Sleep my nightmare. 

Avoidance of those dreams appear,

Excessive amounts of fear amplify.

Standing along side to fight the battle,

You and me as it should always be,

Fighting the battles of an unrealistic reality. 

Underestimating the implicitly of machinery,

Misjudging total control.

Aiming for what I couldn’t see,

Shooting for what I wanted it to be. 

Awaking from the nightmare,

I realise the reality of my experiences.

Taken out in the unrealistic reality,

Masterminded in my head.

Gone without a trace.

Figment of my imagination. 

Yet another innocent killed in my head,

Another I’ve left shot and dead.

Insanity my only comfort,

Until sanity kicks in…
