apple.candy.girl Switzerland	春节快乐! :) How are you spending New Year? In the News hasn't been anything about the traffic problems lately. They just said it got better some days ago. Is it true? How did your test go? Did you have to do the written test or the road test? I could do my written test but I'm too lazy to learn for it. So I guess it has to wait. Can you in China also start driving at 18? Have a nice day then ^^

apple.candy.girl Switzerland	"Sports week" is the most awful thing ever! I hate sports. :P But the evenings in the house (where we stay) are quite fun. Well, at least you passed! I don't think one has to be good in every subject. Ok, you're in university, it should be different there. Oh I don't know. :D Anyway, congratulation or your results. ^^ In the news they say there have been heavy snow storms in China, that's why a lot of Chinese people can't go home for Chinese New Year. Is it really that bad?

apple.candy.girl Switzerland	I don't think having shorter winter vacation is because of the weather. It's because we have a week called "Sportwoche". It literally means "sports week". So in my case, we'll go to a camp for a week (for skiing, snowboarding and so on). It's in March. But it doesn't matter, at least we have as much vacation as you have in China. I don't know about the weather.. Because of global warming it's warmer than it should be here. But I don't know if it's warmer than in China (probably it is). Did you get the result of your exams yet?

The earthquake!

On May 12th this month, the earthquake happened in Wenchuan, Sichun province in China. The level is to 8.0. so many people have died. That city is almost destroyed. And now so many people have not been found. We are all very miserable. The liberation army has been there to relieve people. And the premier of the state council Wen Jiabao has been there, too. He has not been asleep for so many days, so tired he is. Please don’t cry! Don’t give up! We’ll be with you all the time! We must do something to help them. Tears are useless, to do something helpful! Wishes to people in Sichun province!
