“Tea Classic” is widely recognized as the world ‘scientific work on tea. Tea is widely recognized as the most healthy and inexpensive daily beverage in people’s daily life. China is the home of tea..Tea is native to China,. And Chinese tea culture has a long history. Originally tea was used as a medicine instead of a drink. It was said that Shennong, the lenendary ruler in ancient china. Once tasted a lot of plants and was poisoned many times. It was tea that helped him get rid of the poisoning effect. Later the ancient Chinese got to know more and more about tea, and instead of being regarded as a medicine, it became a drink. Tea not only quenches one’s thirst, but also helps reduce one’s internal heat.
Chinese Tea have all kinds of tastes . scented or unscented . for example. Jasmine tea ,J uhua tea ,Mongolian tea with milk, Longjing tea, tiekuanyin tea, puer tea(black tea) . Longjing tea is a top- grade green tea. It is recorded that tea was produced in Longjing in the Tang Dynasty. In the Qing Dynasty Longjing tea was the favourite one of Emperor Qianlong . I T is made of tea shoot. They are green , fragrant, sweet and beautiful—four unique characteristics of Longjing tea. In the past there were mainly four brands of L ongjing tea: “shi ““long” “yun “and “hu “ . They were the four brands of Longjing tea produced in shifeng, Longjing, Yunqi and Hupao respectively. Now they are classified into three brands: “shi”, “long “and “mei”.” Men”is the Longjing tea produced in Meijiawu..
In fine , among all peoples in the world, the attitude of the Chinese toward tea is unique. They emphasize a lofty and leisurely mood, quiet and fine surroundings. Freshness and clearness of water, elegant tea sets and close , good friends entertained. In tasting tea, although the Chinese take a great delight in its brewing , yet their real purpose is to achieve spiritual ascendancy. So, tea is not just for satisfying the taste , but is a part of life. At Guangzhou area, Tea ceremonies are often held here so as to make tea culture better known among common people . they are enjoy their life.

HI FRIEND. THANX FOR WIDE INFORMATION. I WANNA SAY THAT IN MY COUNTRY TEA IS THE MOST DRINKED DRINK. ONE OF OUR REGIONS NAMED LANKARAN IS SPECIALIZED IN TEA CULTIVATION AND PRODUCTION. I DON'T KNOW, WHETHER U'VE GOT SUCH KIND OF TEA OR NOT, BUT THE MOST POPULAR TEA IN MY COUNTRY IS SAMOVAR TEA. SAMOVAR IS A KIND OF POT THAT HAVE SMOKE-DUCT. THE WATER IS PUT INTO IT, AND WOOD IS PLACED INTO THE SMOKE-DUCT AND THE WOOD IS BURNED. THIS BURNING WOOD BOILS THE WATER INSIDE THE SAMOVAR & TEA IS PREPARED WITH THIS WATER. IN MY COUNTRY THE MOST VALUABLE TEA IS BLACK & SCENTED TEA. AS TO CHINESE TEA, I'VE SEEN THE PREPARIN & THE CEREMONY ONCE IN CHINESE EMBASSY HERE. I TASTED GREEN TEA. THAT WAS PERFECT. BUT THE CEREMONY WAS SO SLOW. I THINK THE CEREMONIES LIKE THIS MAY TEACH A PERSON LIKE ME TO BE PATIENT. |
