Gerúndio( gerund ): indicates an action in progress, a word not yet finalized. It can be used in verbal times compounds or alone, when acquires a function of adverb.
Ex:
- I am ending the examples of this form. (Time composed)
- Doing your work in advance, you will have no worries. (Gerund alone with function of adverb)
