no i haven't eat japanese food but i want to try it. also some turkish dishes r easy. n i love most of them. there is a dish named 'iskender kebap' in bursa(in turkey)i think i like it most:D but in all the dishes i love macaroni n pilav most:D pilav is some kind of rice like ur. but we r making in with oil n salt. sometimes it can be added other things in it like chicken or trimmings... it can change by people(:

um... we learn japanese from cram school or by ourself. somebody learns it from their major. there r more and more ppl can speak japanese. so i wanna learn too lol btw, there r 2 ppl in my class have the japanese liscense. they learn japanese hard lol
