hlep me how to improve listening

a dialogue,i can read and understand,but only listen without looking it,i can't understand.why?how trouble!
i will try to listen more,but worry about how to learn? please recommend good books or mp3,tks

You will get better.  A good idea is to write down what you hear.  Listen once and write down a few words, then listen to it again.  This time try to write down a few more words.  Then, read the transcript to see how all words fit together in the dialog.  It will get easier.

be proud, you guys do great,

i spent 6 weeks in china and learnt 2 words, wow.

you speak your language and 70% english. its good.

you would only be fluent if you spoke it all the time with others.

so dont worry too much, most chinese people i met spoke better english that australians do. lol…
