Why could not enter the chatting room?

I tried to enter "English Chat", for sometime, however, the page always shows "Connecting…", so I could not enter the chatting room.

Can you help me? 

1. in internet tools, check ur privacy or whatnot, make it one notch lower.

2. firewall 

that's about all i can think of under the given information 

u need to wait it takes time

but if u use broadband it's faster 

also maybe becoz it's ur first time to enter the chat room so it takes time 

:D

Thanks Casiol, your method does not work, you know, I have waited for 10 miniutes, and the page still not be opened. Maybe the bandwidth is realy low.

I closed the firewall, and enter the chat room, it did not work. I can navigate to other pages of ebaby, you know, so I guess it's not the matter of firewall. 

finally I find the setting of private, I change it, now it's work, that's magic, thank you a.k.

it doesn't owshh so sorry for that hahahah

although i use broadband, at the first time that i  entered the chat room, i've waited for half an hour!!!

but i like surfing the internet in a few tabs, so i managed to do something else at the same time ^^
