1) Swimming is a good way to work out.
Can I say "swimming is a good to exercise?"
Can I say "swimming is a good to physically exercise?"
2)I work out every day to keep fit.
Can I say ""I do (physical) exercise every day."
Jack works out every day> As a result he is quite energetic/excubrant and efficient in his studies.
Is ENERGETIC & EXCUBRANT here the same meaning?
Thanks in advance.

Swimming is the best exercise you can take up in order to feel healthy either physical or pshyquically. Indeed, I have been practicing it for the last twenty-one years.
