how to make them believe me

I found a puzzling and angry thing: It almost seems to be impossible to make someone follows another occupation field to believe what you said about the things in your occupation field, regardless of how simple the things are. especially while you two haven't known each other well.
then he/she would prefer to ask a familiar person for advice, no matter the person knows the things or not. He/she will follow the advice, even it is totally wrong, because he/she trust the person.

it happened to me in my work, even it is some leader, i'm so angry and I've no idea how should i do. Does it happen only in China?

No my sibling(I dont know if you are male or female)it happens to people everywhere.Why are you saying that its only in you country?Maybe the one you asked for advice wanted to help you but cant understand what to do,so he/she thought to give you what is out of the air.What i am going to write I am not referring it to the person you trusted but I am referring to something in general.

Sometimes the person you trust later deceives you.That is what happens to most people and among them are on Ebaby!
