H1N1 is a virus it's like swine flu, which is a new disease spreading quickly, and has killed almost billions or millions of people. It came from mexico, but it is not exactly a disease came from pigs, its a disease that is now in air,and is spreading. It is spreading in the whole world even in my country it has spreaded I heard about it twice.Swine flu is coming from travelling peoples like Phillippines and Malaysia.Although no vaccination or cure is found yet, some precautions are found.

Do not shake hands with someone. If you have to do then wash your hands.

Use tissue while sneezing or coughing.

You will never know that the infections are in the objects you touch like door, telephones etc,so better wash your hands,if you are on office or on work and you dont have soap or handwash there take one soap with you and keep washing your hands time to time.

Reminder!Wash your hands before eating!

There are two types of mask for flu.One is for the one who is infected while another is for those who are not infected but want to be protected. So better use that mask.

I almost forgot.Dont hug another or stay away from people who are coughing or sneezing.

If you are in bus or a crowded, congested area, take a shower after you are out of those areas.

Yawn!Google some of the precautions of swine flu or whatever you wanna know I am tired of typing ;)

Nice topic by the way!I like it!

Everybody speaks about H1N1, the new flu, TV programms and the news are all about this but why, I should ask. Why is it so important? There are a lot of diseases in the world which kills people not just the H1N1. And I think this virus is a big lie. I admit that it is dangerous and can kill people. But it is too much for me that everybody speaks about it. Now Hungary have vaccinations against the H1N1, but the scientists are saying there are going to be mutations soon. This vaccinations don't defend you from the mutations, so why should I let doctors to give me in?

And I heard some tales about the Hungarian vaccination, people have told me that it (the vaccina) can not be used anywhere expect Hungary. Why? Why are hungarian people else than people living in an other place? What is it with the vaccina? Do the news say the truth? Is it just for the money or does the virus really exist? Many questions, and there are no answer.

I agree with lia667, too much talking about it everywhere.

MassMedia exaggerates the events connecting with that flu, but someone says it's political fight, it's fault of governments.

and I've heard  that it's just for only  pharmacological profits.

Drugstores and pharmacompanies have got great sales of medicines and protective masks these days.

by the way usual flu  with its mutations comes every year.

in Russia we already have got the vaccina, but as for me, I don't wanna do the vaccination for it's useless.

And I think that people like to give into a panic.

We just have to take care, to eat healthy food, to take vitamins, to avoid crowds and so on, I hope you know it yourselves.

I wish you all good luck and good health! Smile
