hi viona how r u doing?? i reckon it is not 'take it or granted' but take it for granted…well that is an expression… if u take someone or something for granted then u expect that a person or  something is gonna be available always to serve in some way but u don't give thanks or recognition…for example u have a friend that everytime u needs her she is by ur side but u don't value her u just think she is gonna be always there for u but suddenly she has to move abroad then when u needs her she is not there then u start to figure out u were not grateful to her, u took her for granted…......hope this helps u have a nice day byeeeeeeeeeeee
