Help me! Paragraph English in Information technology!

I have used computer long but now i still don't know mean of "logged" and "log off" in the IT mean what? and how them difference "turn off"? Help me! thank you!

I have used computer long but now i still don't know mean of "logged" and "log off" in the IT mean what? and how them difference "turn off"?

Help me! thank you!
