i agree that acupuncture is so amazing and helpful. but in todays life, it is so difficult to get a true or certified one,there are so many false advertisements that we cant distinguish.

actually nowdays there is a lot of  popular techniques which help you and it is  the one of them ı believe the alternative type of medicine..especially ı think laughter can be a powerful theraphy.it effects body,mind and spirit ….

yeh thats true,for chinese they believe that acupuncture is the best treatment than modern technology.

There are alot of alternative medicine metod. One of them is refleksology. I read about it. But I didn't practice. But you know we always need medicine. The alternative medicine is just complemantary to medicine.
