Go Super to Listen Go Super!

Have you ever been in a difficult situation, and you needed someone to talk to? You probably called your best friend to help you and to listen to your problems. When you need help, you lean on someone for support.

To lean on someone, means to depend on that person. For example, when you are sick and cannot get out of bed, you lean on your mother or partner to help you. They make you soup, bring you books to read, and listen to how you are feeling. They make you feel better physically and emotionally!

Actress Bindi Irwin leaned on her mother and brother for support when her father died in a tragic accident. They helped her get through the emotional pain, and she can still lean on them for help today.

When did you lean on someone for help?
