Now,studing abroad seems more ordinary than before. After the college entrance examination, many of my schoolmates choose to study abroad .some of them didn't get good grades in the exam, some think studying abroad has more advancements than in china. And my father r about to set me abroad two years later too. what's ur opinion about it?

Firstly I just want to know which country you'll be set abroad. Is it America ? Because it's the most regularly country traveled or chosen to study abroad. Ebaby itself has a quiz in which we vote for studying abroad.

For me, the conditions required to study abroad is good foreign language skill, ambition, boldness. Otherwise, perhaps you will get a culture shock.

I think everyone has his own convinced opinion about studying abroad than inside his country and nevertheless studying abroad has many advantages too. First of all, there are specific specializations that are not offered in your country and studying abroad for this reason will not just add a benefit for you but also for your country. Secondly, by studying abroad you’ll meet different people that have diverse culture than yours and so you’ll not just studying your subject there but also discovering and learning cultures and comparing with your own culture and you might talked to people there about your country too. Also, if you travel alone abroad, this will make you stronger; because you’ll face many challenges and difficulties that force you to act effectively and patiently and manifest yourself among people who don’t know.

Of course, we go abroad to study not only for our enjoyment but also for the sense of responsibility to serve our country. There'll be some kind of pressure or something. (If we intended to stayed in the foreign country, it was a lot more difference). But rather, it's not really a disadvantage but the feeling proud of your contribution to your country.

If you go abroad to study, you will NOT automatically meet people from different backgrounds and cultures. In fact, many students do not. It depends on how much effort you put into meeting new people.

Studying or travelling abroad alone will NOT automatically make you a stronger person. Many people feel lonely and suffer a lot while studying or travelling alone abroad.

Most people who go to study abroad might claim that they do so in order to help their country, but this is not supported by statistics on how many people choose to stay in the foreign country. For example, more than half the Chinese students who go abroad to study end up staying in the foreign country and even take out citizenship of that country.

The aim of studying abroad is more often connected with personal gain than with patriotic sentiments.

Anyway, studying abroad nowadays is more of a business than it is educational. The foreign universities need your money. You need a piece of paper. Simple.
