The lake outside my college is being polluted heavily

The smell is very bad when the wind comes

I used to read near the lake

but now I can't

what about u,,,,,,,Is there anything arround u

Many , actually . In my school ( I mean , middle school) , when gusts of wind comes , we can see different sizes of rubbish "gone with the wind"

So how was the lake outside your college polluted ?By rubbish from the students ? Or by something else ?
