What gave you strenght when you were about to fall? What sentence is that you repeat when you have to do something hard, difficult?
Or what idiom is the most gripping, well-thought out?

Here's  a wise counsel about how to handle things we enjoy. Whatever we like can

become a source of sickness, if we do it too much or have too much of it. Food is the

example here, and certainly any food can be an opportunity for overindulgence. But

what about other things? What do we  like to do or to have? If we like to shop,

fine—just keep within our budget. Do we enjoy movies or romance novels? Enjoy "just

enough" so that our pleasures are a blessing, not a curse.
