I will get a exam this saturday

Actually, i am very nervous now.My heart is shake, my hands  get cold.  I Hope i will get enough point in may IETLS test. Just6.0 is ok .>.<So, how can i get though it how can to against  my fear before exam? my friends, please tell me

 most important thing is your health , if something can harm it even an important examination , what is your gain there , so we try to learn every things for our life , & its not necessary to kill ourselves for them , be calm ,dont worry & keep consentrate on the important subjects of your studiyng when you know its not your last chance of life it help you be cool & calm,

 most fears come from our little knowledge of us about after our examinations if we know them & prepare  ourselves for them , the main subjects – examinations – will be so easier to us
