all people do mistakes some of them say im sorry and some doesnt 

is it easy to say ( i`m sorry ) ?

it is hard.

and it is harder for someone to realizing that they do wrong doing.

Its about how you handle it,sometimes the way you spoke it, and sometimes even hard….with someone who you dealing with…if you think you going to be punch on the nose…just leave it…save that sorry things….your nose is more valuable…

yes, I think it is so easy just to say….

BUT to understand what is the meaning of it…. it is not easy….

coz sometimes ourt heart is difficult to say same as our lip say….

it depend how is our seriousness to do it…..

Aliatul..what you mean is "honestly speaking" isn't it…?well i know the situation…he/she still keeping something in their heart and when he/she found eachother..there's still something not soo right between them…so sometimes hug and kiss and say sorry cannot cure the scars in somebodys heart…am i right?

It depends, different country, different culture, westerns say a lot more than Asian.  Anyway you should feel sorry when you do things wrong.
