how to deal with disappointment?

dear friends, u can never imagine how complex my mind rightnow is,its not come from emotion,love or family but my job.i find working in a family company very tied,everything u do is up to them(whether take ur advice just their idea,none of ur biz),besides, iam a sensitive worker and think of small parts means a lot to a company,what i thought seems no meaning to our company,but i just want  put small parts together to change the disadvantages of our company,is it time to quit this job?or stay,trying to get into this system deeply until i get used to?
