what should people give up smoking??

I am wondering that how much people dont smoke.Could you inform about you??

I've been smoking for about 6 years. I still don't have the intent to quit smoking, but who knows maybe soon I'll. Tell you sth, it's a bit hard to quit smoking when almost all your friends smoke. I smoke from 10 to 15 cigarettes a day. I know that it's a bad habit and have to quit it; however, it's as I just said "I still don't have the intent….........".

I DO NOT SEX, NO DRUGS,

BUT I MUST CONFESS I HAVE ONE ADDICTION:

Of course No!!Because I am absolutely different with smoker.

yes nano, to be a none smoker is good for me,you see even in my youthfull rebellion i sometimes follow and followed rules

i think it's disgusting thing for somebodys .. i try it once but didn't like it . it is not good to try it anyway for anyone!!!

yeah.Smoke is bad thing in my life .I know.But I can't give it up easily.I have ever tried to abandon this bad habit for several times.But finally I find it is impossible for me to do this kinda things.Maybe it is excuse,there have the only thing I can do is smoking less cigarretes.

I smoke but I know when I'll say "I'm gonna stop it" ... I won't succeed
