when you feel sad, what do you do?

 e.g.when I feel sad,I call my friends and talk about  pleasure things

In spite of all life is wonderfull! and we must spend it in pleasure,  we wust enjoy with it! Unwfortunately it isn't prolonged.

When I feel sad, I just feel it. Sometimes I express it but most of times I find it difficult to share. There are phases. When sadness surrounds me, it just takes over me completely. Then comes the phase of recovery. In this phase, I begin to look for measures to recover myself. Sometimes music, yoga, long walk, poetry and may be sometimes someone would come and ask me- hey man, come up, it's enough now!

i will read so many books and  learn sth in it. because i don't want to think so much . i only want to  attention on sth .i think it can help me to forget sth that i want

Hummm when I get sad, I stay alone ( avoid talking to people to not shock at their faces,,LOOLZ)

I try to forget what happen..

   I Wash body with water.every one will wonder why ? cuz  boring and sadness comes from SATAN and SATAN creature from of the fire so the water extinguished the fire.AFTER I pray to allah and read quran after i meet my friends and go gor entertainment.

have a walk. sit with mom, talk with my younger brother, or just watch a movie

try morphine  you would be HAPPY i promise

first i try to be alone for a while and listening to rock music. i also go out alone just to try to relieve myself.

I talk to my best friend cuz this makes me relief
