also help me out with my article about Chè! (see info below)

-

so i've rediscovered these delicious dessert during my vacation to Vietnam.
especially chè trái cây, oh man, and i only ate it once…too bad we don't have that one in the netherlands ><

and i'm trying to write an article about it, but there is a problem. i dont have enough information or pictures about them. so anyone who likes them and eat them on a regular basis, lucky you! anyway, help me out and take a picture of it and write down the ingredients. it doesnt matter if you write it in Vietnamese or English.

the few pictures i made while eating the dessert, below u can see a glass of chè trái cây: dried fruit and ice and sweet syrup

i need some info on these dessert below ^^ it's the menu on the wall.

@mai2, yea that one does looks tasty.

and i haven't tried that one, yet!
actually, i haven't tried many of them
the one i did tried besides the dried fruit dessert was the one with purple/lavender coloured potatoes in it. it looked very nice, but i don't fully remember the taste of it.

@mynote, spring rolls are also one of my fav's :)

These desserts look great, and surely they must be tasting great! The first picture shows a stemmed glass which is apparently filled with layered agar (seaweed) jelly and  sago, and topped with pomegranate arils.

Since no Vietnamese is yet forthcoming with the recipe, here's some related clips that I found on youtube.com.
