Raging Bull is one of the great masterpieces in movie history.

Violence, hysteric, blood, push people to the edge of hell. B&W set off the leitmotif of dark atmosphere and high pressure by contrast. (did I use the right words?)

Scorsese puts the viewer to a moral challenge. And he never ingratiate with anybody.

De Niro and Paccino, I, no, we always enjoy their acting.
