I'd like Etudes d’execution transcendante by Liszt ,Valses by Brahms, Toccata & Fugue in D minor by  J.S.Bach ,Piano Concerto No.21 by Mozart ,Carmen by Bizet , Little Preludes by J.S.Bach …etc  .My favorite song is Water Music by Handel.

The suggestion is you can toward you 'd like composer to listen .That will help you a lot.
