At a period of life when most people have accepted the spare tire, the gray or thinning hair, the crow’s feet and facial wrinkles, stars like Madonna, Meg Ryan, and Denzel Washington have managed to keep themselves fit and youthful. How do they do it?
Demi Moore sticks to a raw vegan diet. Sting practices yoga.
Here are John and Sarah talking about ways to keep that youthful glow.

John:  So, Sarah, how do you keep looking so good all the time?

Sarah:  [laughs] Just luck, genes.

John:  Don’t you have any kind of secret, like, beauty tips that you do at night?

Sarah:  Yeah, well, at night what do I do? I always put on lotion after I take off my makeup.

John:  Yeah.

Sarah:  And…

John:  Is that how your skin stays so soft?

Sarah:  And supple.

John:  Yeah.

Sarah:  Yes.

John:  Okay.

Sarah:  And how you don’t see lots of wrinkles and stuff.

John:  Oh yeah, I’ve noticed that.

Sarah:  Yeah, have you?

John:  Mmm hmm.

Sarah:  And, like, the glow. The youthful glow.

John:  Yeah, I was wondering how you got that.

Sarah:  That’s from olive oil. Put olive oil on your face.

John:  Really?

Sarah:  Totally.

John:  Like, like, the kind you use for cooking?

Sarah:  Mmm hmm.

John:  And you just rub it on?

Sarah:  You just rub it on.

John:  And then do you leave it on all night?

Sarah:  Yeah.

John:  Are you being serious?

Sarah:  Totally.

John:  Are there any other secrets like this that I can try?

Sarah:  Umm, a lot of girls put avocado in their hair because it makes it soft.

John:  Oh. That sounds kind of gross.
