Lesson
First encounters are always the most difficult meetings to overcome, but once you've said the greetings out loud, it shouldn't be difficult to become more curious than usual.
For starters, face the mirror and try to converse with yourself. It does feel awkward at first, in this case crazy, but if one can carry a conversation in one's head with oneself, this act can extend to a larger circle.
So you're looking at yourself wondering "How do I begin this conversation?" Do you stare at the floor, look at the neighboring walls that do not seem to speak or move in your direction, glare at a fly on the wall, or look past the shoulder of your own image?
On a sheet of paper, list down what you think and do as you look at your face in the mirror. At the back of that sheet of paper, write down as many sentences that you really want to say to your other self. You'll be surprised at how much you want to say without saying it.
