When Jason discovered that Devan was selling all of her stuff to buy pot, she basically admitted that her failed crush on Mason was driving her to drugs. So Jason decided to nip the problem in the bud and go straight to Mason to see if he can help.

Jason: Hey, man. I just came to find you. What are you doing out here?

Mason: Dude, I thought you were the pizza guy. He’s like 20 minutes late. I’ve been hanging out here for him. I called five times.

Jason: Oh, wow. Well, I actually just came to find you, ‘cause I wanted to tell you about something that’s going on with Devan.

Mason: Yeah?

Jason: Have you seen her place lately?

Mason: No, no. Never been to her place, actually.

Jason: It’s kinda empty. She seems to have gotten rid of a lot of her stuff. Seems to be kind of selling it to buy drugs.

Mason: Why? I didn’t know she was into that stuff. What’s going on?

Jason: Well, she didn’t used to be and that’s the thing. She has…She had a huge crush on you, which you probably don’t know…yeah…

Mason: Are you kidding me, dude?

Jason: Yeah she did, and I think that a big part of what’s bringing on her downward spiral is that she didn’t actually…

Mason: Dude, I had no idea. I had no idea. Uh, is there anything you think I could do?

Jason: I don’t know. Maybe you could talk to her and just help her feel better about herself and just be like, “You know, it’s not like…I didn’t reject you or anything, I just didn’t know that you were into me…” And let her know that you think she’s cool and everything.

Mason: Yeah, that’s going to be uncomfortable.

Jason: Can you think of anything that would be…

Mason: No, if I can help, dude, I’m totally there for her, but, yeah. Man. What do you think I should do? Should I just go give her a call or stop by?

Jason: Maybe give her a call because, you know, she’s kind of in a bad way and it would probably make her feel worse if you saw her the way she is, so…

Mason: Yeah OK. I’ll do that, man. I’ll do that.

Jason: Alright, cool.

Discussion

Jason finds Mason standing outside of his place waiting for the pizza guy. He asks Mason if he’s been to Devan’s place lately. He says he’s never been there, actually.

So Jason explains that Devan’s place is kind of empty right now because she’s sold a lot of her stuff to buy drugs. He laughs a little as he says that part because it seems so absurd.

Mason didn’t know that Devan had a big crush on him, so Jason tells him about it and tells him that Devan started doing drugs because he started dating Amanda.

Mason asks if there’s anything he can do, and Jason suggests that he call Devan. She probably wouldn’t like for him to see her in person.

I konw a person who used to use drug before he gave his life to JESUS, but now he is totally stop it, so i do belive that JESUS is the only way to all such a problem. Bless you all!

I think Jason maybe the only person who can solve the problem, because Mason has fallen in love with Amanda,he will never be there for Devan.It seems that Jason would be the appropriate guy with Devan,maybe they will become lover in the end.

Friends always can help a lot when we are in depression. I think Devan should forget her love of Mason and still be a good friend of Mason's. It's really a big problem for Mason cuz he seems to have no idea about the whole thing. But it is time he did sth.

I suggest the people who have addicted the drugs, to in their inner deeply and try to find the strength and the power and find a good friend and try to be always with the poeple don't stay alone and sleep early, tray to find a hobby or do sport if you do all these within short time you can stop addicting drugs.

Drugs are very dangerous, and there is basically nobody who can help you when you drop in, only you can help yourself, but in majority you don't want do this. It's very difficult manage this way. When people start take a drugs their feeling are suddenly much better in this time, man can live another world, also can differently thinking and see other things than ussualy peopple see and live. It can open your eyes and mind to see, live and know more than you are able to do now, but it can strongly damage your soul. It's better to live normal live with ussually routine than finish your way by damage of your mind and feelings.

For all: try to live your life the best you can and be happy from everyday details. Don't try to find stuff for impprove your life, live your life the best by you and your abbilities.

i think it is a good way that Mason will call Devan, her reaction to get drugs just because she feels weak without him or may be she feels .. actually she needs him.
this problem i think should be controled by someone so closed.. it will be solved step by step
