Steph:  I am so stoked that it’s Friday.

John:  Me too. This has been the hardest week!

Steph:  Really? It’s been long, huh?

John:  Oh yeah. But the weather’s been so nice. Hopefully it’ll carry over into this weekend.

Steph:  I know. Well it looks like there are a few, like clouds floating by. Ya know, just the really plain white ones. But it’s a good day for a barbeque maybe tomorrow.

John:  Oh. That’s a good idea. Do you have any plans like that?

Steph:  Well, I’m thinking about it. I dunno. I have some family coming into town, so maybe.

John:  I was thinking about going to the beach maybe. A friend of mine has a jeep. And go cruise around in the sand dunes.

Steph:  That would be sweet.

John:  Yeah. And have a campfire and camp out in the middle of nowhere. We’ll see.

Steph:  Awesome! Tell me about it next week.

John:  OK.

Discussion

Sometimes, it’s hard to wait for the weekend. When you have a lot of work to do and the weather’s so nice outside, it makes the week seem really long.
At these times, everyone’s saying “TGIF.” Nobody can wait for the weekend to start and for the fun times and outdoor activities to begin.
Don’t you love the weekend? TGIF!
