We all know regular exercise is a must for good health, to stay fit and healthy at least we need to get 30 minutes of exercise regularly. Research suggests that maintaining an active lifestyle is the key to good health. Regular physical activity decreases the risk of death from heart disease, lowers the risk of developing diabetes, and is associated with a decreased risk of colon cancer. It also helps prevent high blood pressure and helps you lose weight and keep it off.
  • Think of yourself as an active person
  • Make physical activity a part of your everyday routine
  • Get 30 minutes of activity that makes you breathe harder
Increasing the amount of everyday exercise in your life can make a big difference
