Several weeks ago, our assistant had sent a mail for us, it's about "Fake eggs" and how to tell it from the real, though I didn't care about these, base on "Sanlu Milk"and other things this year, I had read the mail earnestly, and fortunately, I knew the fake eggs this morning and didn't eat it......
I had taken some photos about the fake egg as follows, when egg is cooked by water, one side of it will be a little sink, professionally, it's called "air room", and it is formed for breathing of chicken,but the fake egg didn't has the "air room", it's a perfect arc at the position.....
Second point, there will be a very thin film between Yelk and Egg White, but it's too thin to find it. On the fake egg, the film is very thick,and very easy to be found......
And I know the third point, Egg white of fake egg is difficult to be swallow, but I doubt it's a fake egg, I didn't eat it, from the comment of beside people, I knew it's difficult to eat......

Maybe in the future, we just can eat northwestern wind, but, take care, SARS virus.......
