The travel of HongYuan

I have been to HongYuan in June 22th. I stay there for 3 days. Hong yuan is an altiplano. The height above sea level is 4000 meters. In the west of China and very near to Tibet.

Luckly, I didn't have altitude sickness. The ultraviolet radiation is very strong, and I got a tan there.

But everything is worth when I was enjoying the scenery.

Control oneself

Sometime I lost temper easily, especially in my job.

But when I became a team leader, I think it over. And now, I think getting angry won't help you to resolved the problem. contrarily, team members would get angry easily too. And the most important is all the team members will get very disappointed even they do what the leader said.

So, when I feel angry, and I feel I would lost temper. I always told to myself: Please control yourself.

Spring Festival holiday

I haven't write blogs for a long time for the busy work. Talk something about my SpringFestival.

I went to my hometown and had a great Spring Festival with my family in Feb. You know, I haven't met them for a whole year. I bought some special local products as presents for my family.

I flight from ChengDu to Nanjing. And then my brother got me from the airport. In the holiday, I visit my uncle, aunt and grandmother. They were very happy . And my parent hope I could stay at home for long time. But I only have 10 days holiday. So, also we have a very short time, we have great and sweet time.

EMei mountain

I visit EMei mountain 2 weeks ago. About my trip, I want to say: It worth everybody to visit there. Althought we climb the mountain for 3 days.

On my trip, sometime I thought I may met fairy somewhere, because we are in the cloudworld. And there are a lot of wildmonkey on our road.

I hope I could share all my feeling and pictures with all of you. Have fun

Recruiting

It's my honour that I have a chance do some job about recruiting recently. I took charge of the interview about technique .

Most candidates were a little nervous. Actually I was more nervous than they. Because it was my first time give interview to others.

Some candidates asked me how about their performance. Actually we just choose the people who suit for job but not the best one. self-confidence is I want to told every one who is in the job hunting.

So if you didn't get the job you want, that doesn't means you are not a good one. That just means you are not the most suit candidate to the job.

These days, I was very tired. A lot work need to do and I need work over time. Met a lot of problems....

I really want to relax myself. But the summer holiday is very far from me.

I'm very very very angry!!!!!!

Today, I went to the chat room of English baby. Most people there are very kind. But there is a guy really bother me!!

He speak a lot bad and dirty words on me! All of them are about sex. I'm sooooooo angry! I warned him, but he still speak bad words. I fight him. I won't let him prevail!

What a terrible man! I have a very very very bad impression of the country where he comes from!!! What a shame that he speark bad words in public place!

I just want to practice my Enghish. And I'm very kind. I didn't hurt others. Why he did that to me? Why?

I think everybody should respect other first!

FW: A story

I read this story today, and I’d like share with you.

There is a company want to hire a staffer. This story is the question:
You drive a car in the evening, and encounter a sudden rainstorm. You find there are 3 people waiting for bus on your way home.

First guy is an old man. He is serious ill. May be he would die if he can’t get to the hospital soon.
Second guy is a doctor. He saved you before, and you want to pay back all the time.
The third one is a man/woman. You fall in love with him/her at first sight. Properly, he/she is the Mr./Ms. Right that you looking for.

But your car only can take one more person. Which one will you pick up?

There are 200 candidates, but only one was hired.
The answer of this guy is: Give the key of his car to the doctor and let him take the old man to the hospital. He will stay with the lover in dreams and waiting for the bus.

Take care!

Last weekend, I visited a friend. He had an operation this Monday, because there is a redundant blood vessel on his heart. Lucky, the operation was very successfully, everything goes well.

Oppose to this lucky thing. It’s was sooo sad 3 years ago. A young boy got leukemia. I went to hospital and I hope I could give a hand. When I saw him, I was shocked. He was too thin, can’t move by himself. The only thing that didn’t change was his bright smile. When I talked to his parents, all of them cried. At that time, I found I couldn’t give any help to him. I can’t keep him far away from death though his was only 17 years old. Several months later, he passed away…

I write down this blog, I hope my friend could recover quickly. And I want to talk to everybody: Take care!

Keep it simple, but not too simple!

I read some articles about Extreme Programming. (It’s a kind of process in software development). When the author talk about how many documents we need in software development. He said: Keep it simple, but not too simple!

It’s a very interesting sentence. Some people don’t make sense. I comprehend it in this way.
For example:
A team wants to construct a building. They get enough bricks and other stuffs. All the things are enough for they to construct a building. But they are afraid the bricks are broken, so they buy lots foam to protect the bricks. Obviously, they don’t need the foam.

May be you would say: it is a stupid story. But in our real life, we always do stupid things. We always add some unnecessary things. In this story, we don't buy and use foam that let us keep it simple. In the other hand, we must buy bricks, it is necessary for that team to construct a building. So don’t keep it too simple!

Pay attention to the important things in our lives, ignore the unnecessary things. That’s my opinion.

I’m very far from my home, may be 2000 miles and I go home only one time every year and stay with my family about 3 days.

World Cup Germany

Today is Friday, June 09, 2006 here in China.

World cup will kicking off June 9, 2006 in Germany. It would be 00:00 clock of June 10, 2006 in China. Although it was in the middle night here, I will watch the world cup tonight for it is a highly anticipated event all around the world.

I like the enthusiasm that football brings. When I watch matches, I always lost myself in the game. What I think is: I’m a member of that team. They win, I win. They lost, I lost. When they shoot the goal, all the fans can’t help shouting! When they lost, all the fans are sad.

I think this is the fascination of football.

I will watch the world cup tonight. I hope you too.

QingCheng Hill

QingCheng Hill

Summer is coming here. And the weather becomes hotter and hotter. No fresh air, no very clear water and too much noise, all of them show the condition about the city.

Let’s to go somewhere that could make us calmness! Qingcheng Hill is the place I want to go. Actually, I went to Qingcheng Hill last summer. It was in SiChuan Province of China. There was a road lead to the mountaintop. Near the road, there were lots of trees, and the water flow from the mountaintop to the base of the mountain. You could see the bourns and trees everywhere.

Ok, let’s put our eyes on some pictures, they can tell us everything. All of them was took by me in the travel of QingCheng Hill last Summer.

Dancing

Recently, I studied Latin Dance. I like it very much! Yesterday, I studied Cha Cha Cha. While dancing, I relax myself. Keep all the boring things away from me. I paid attention to the dance. It was a great time!

Why I study Latin Dance? Please let me describe the study environment. I studied dance follow my teacher in a square. It’s a public place, not in a ballroom or other professional practice place. No big mirror there. It outdoor! When we were dancing, there were a lot people looked at us. Some of them joined us, and our team becomes bigger and bigger. All of us had fun!

At first, I’m afraid dancing in public place. I feel very shy, and I’m afraid of other’s eyes. I thought may be they would laugh at me about my terrible dancing. It need brave heart to dance in public. Finally, I took heart of grace, began dance in the square, I forgot everything including other’s eyes. And I found some of them joined us; nobody laughed at me. I relaxed and enjoy dancing in the square.

In our life, a lot of people care about other’s feeling. They fear of laughing by others. But they usually ignore the feeling of themselves. From dance in the square, I think I will ignore other’s laugh. In actually, you are not an important guy in other’s life. So you needn’t take care about other’s action. Do the right thing that you like.

Graduation

Graduation

In China most students would graduate from university in June or July. Today is June 5th. It makes me lost in thought. I have so sweet memories about my graduation.

It was a sunny day, my classmate and I went to a park near our university. The summer was coming; a lot of flowers were blossom out on the grass. There is a lake in the park. We sat on the ground near the lake. We talked about our future, sang old songs, took pictures and played games. All the thing are perfect, the sunshine, the wind and the smile.

But graduation still means we would part with others. We may not see each other for a long time. At the end of the party, some of the girls cried. What a pity¡ But we need accepted the fact.

Still now, I always remember that day, that perfect day.

The weather of ChengDu

I lived in ChengDu. It's in the west of China.

In the June, ChengDu is very hot and wet., so it's always swelter here. Sometimes I suffer from oppressive heat. It's not very comfortable.

People here like chafing dish very much. (My foreigner friends always call it hot pot). There are 2 reasons: First, it's very delicious; but the most important one is: It's very hot,(I means it contains a lot of capsicum) while they are having chafing dish, they will perspire. It makes them feel comfortable in the hot and wet day.

Another interesting thing: In ChengDu, it always rains in the evening. So in the morning, the air is very fresh.
