Here are top 3 things that help you sleep better…
Listen a slow music that makes you want to close your eyes ( classic songs are highly reccomended ) - Rock or pop music wont make you sleep, otherwise it makes you jump out from bed and stay awake.
Imagine you’re having a nice date with your idols or someone who you like. trust me, dont think too FAR-OUT, think something that make you feel comfortable with him / her, or you will have trouble to fall asleep 10 times worse than listening to rock music.
last step : RELAAAX…
you already had a lot of problems in daily life, so why you take them inside your dream ?? *_*
